Always love coming to this place. Love how they have the app. I just wish they had the taco bell app also since it’s KFC/TACO BELL and I wish they had better specials. They used to be very good and although I understand things go up? Not that much.

I don’t know. I got 2 piece chicken was sick for 6 days. I can’t blame anything but the chicken. Started a few hours after eating. Otherwise always loved KFC. The KFC in the South broasts their chicken and this is fried. I do not eat fried foods, do will not be back. Either way whether the chicken made me sick or was due to being fried it tasted ok.

Didn’t get what we ordered went to get corrected and tell them about chicken lady’s at counter ignored us went in back and basically hid 2 piece meal isn’t a meal comes with 1 side only chicken leg was overcooked front lobby a mess tables dirty ill probly stick to the tacos and go through drive through they have kiosks probly gona have to order though them eventually. Front counter workers not there really to help u anyway

Told me after waited in drive through line that it would take fifteen minutes wait for any chicken strip order. I just left. Very disappointing, fast food isn’t fast I guess. And still the same price for fast food that’s slow..here.

Went to the drive thru and placed my orders I ordered my son a kids meal, they workers did NOT ask me what sauce he wanted so when I paid I asked “hey can my son have ranch with his CHICKEN kids meal” and the worker grabbed a manager and charged me 0.31 cents on top of his meal?!?! That should be already included in the meal! On top of that SHE DIDNT GIVE ME THE RANCH AT ALL! I had to go in to get it and the front worker gave me two ranches! Also didn’t ask if I wanted hot sauce or anything! Do better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went and they are supposed to be open but aren’t. Seen the employees smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. Maybe they should have been opening instead of doing nothing.

Did a mobile order today 4-6-25 @ 4:45 pm, had my daughter pick it up, Im totally disappointed with my meal, I could tell the A- Team wasn’t working today, to start with, my coleslaw was in the same box as my chicken, warm coleslaw Sucks, my wing had feathers on it 🙁 and no napkins in the bag. Sundays are out for me, I think I’ll take a few months off.

The ladies that were cashiering were absolutely amazing. It was my kids first time at KFC and they made it a memorable experience for them. As a single mom, I appreciated that more than you could ever imagine! This was May 15 2024.

Went in around 7pm to pick up a bucket of chicken and coleslaw. My order was taken immediately. Then came the long wait. A woman came in right after I placed my order that had ordered online. I felt sorry for her, she had an even longer wait than I did. At one point I looked over at her and she had her head on the table and looked like she was taking a nap. It was ridiculous how long it was taking. It wasn’t that they were short staffed, I counted 7 people working that I could see. Could have been more back in the kitchen but not sure. Seemed to have enough food available, it was just the boy boxing up the orders moved at a snails pace and looked like he was working on multiple orders without completing any. Finally a woman on the kitchen side said my order was boxed and ready to bag and that he needed to get it out, but he continued to just putz along. She ended up coming out and bagging my order and giving it to me. The online order woman was still waiting for hers as I walked out the door. So much for their “quick mobile pick-up kiosk”. He either needs to pick up his speed or find a different job because he wasn’t worth even minimum wage.
