Wow this place has gone downhill. I arrived at 420pm to order for my family. Right away all I heard was yelling in back. As I placed my order I was told they had to make more chicken. I assumed it be 15-20 min. But after waiting 20 min I was told the cook just showed up and it be atleast another 30 minutes!
It seems like every time I come here lately there is a long wait along with listening to employees complaining.

Requested 1 honey bbq sandwich, 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 Mike’s hot honey sandwich. They said they were out of the Mike’s hot honey so I agreed to swap it out for a spicy chicken. Got home and realized they made all 3 spicy chicken 🙁 no bbq.

Chicken sandwich and fries. Took 35 minutes to get, the place wasn’t even busy. Will not be returning ever. Staff is running around in a panic while the two other customers in there complain about the same as myself. All while the employee that’s not on time sprints through the door. HORRIBLE experience.

Today I visited KFC, we were the only car here and in the drive thru when we arrived at 4pm. It is now 4:30 and we just got our food. 8 cars got their food before us. It was clear they forgot about us because I had to go inside and tell them.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter trying to order food, while an employee was in a booth on her phone… Needless to say we left. Not once did anyone come to the counter to even attempt to take our order.

I went thru drive thru last night. Bought an 8 piece chicken meal for 33 and some change. Got home and realized 2 of the pieces were totally bone and breading. And they counted them. The chicken we got was good but was pretty upset at the price for what we got.
