The chicken was good as always we ordered the original recipe. It has a nice clean dining room. We went on Tuesday, which has a $10 special on eight pieces of chicken.

Let’s start with the one positive – the chicken sandwich in the combo meal I ordered was pretty good. That being said, three things made this experience very disappointing. First, I ordered a side of cheese curds and when I opened it there were only six…SIX curds (five small ones, two of which had no cheese, and one medium one). Second, I also ordered a bowl which looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a couple hours. Third, they didn’t even give me my fries that were supposed to come with the combo meal. Obviously not worth the money and I won’t be going back.

Had rash on her right hand,
I immediately,told manager, .why is she handling food, without gloves?
Staff, was assertive, n observation of what I said.
N my order was packed by another staff employee,
Please have KFC employees, wear gloves, handling food,to customers,
It’s imperative, health regulations

The new Nashville hot tenders are fine. It’s tempature hot, but spice not really. It tastes fine and salted, but don’t taste any pronounced seasoning. Also this thing is like swimming oil. It was nice to try it once but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get this again.

Have been to this particular location twice in the last ten days. Drive through both times. First time, we didn’t get our fries and had to drive back around. A little annoying but they did make it right immediately. This time, I REALLY WANTED that bbq chicken sandwich again. I got a regular chicken sandwich… didn’t know until I was all the way home. My soda was also something yellow and sticky, not a Diet Pepsi. It’s like they don’t even listen when you place the order.

I ordered in the App because everyone was taking forever trying to order from the touch screen. I didn’t see anyone that was at the cash register to take your order. I got a way better deal using the app anyway.

Terrible customer service, and even worse food presentation. I showed the woman working at the counter the drumstick I received (photo added), no bite was taken, this is how it was put in my box and she would not replace it. She took no responsibility for choosing to serve such subpar food, instead she chose to mock me for saying it looked weird, which it did, because a third of it missing!

The woman behind the counter was very rude. I made an online order and there was no space in the app to leave a note. So I went inside the minute after to make that comment, only to find the order already made, and when I said my comment, the lady just got tense and threw away the entire order in the trash which is something I did NOT want to happen but she took that action on her own, rather than just make the change I asked. Very bad experience.
