Every time we come here, they forget something in our order. They ask, “would you like to try a lemon or chocolate cake for $1.99?” Then forget to put it in your order- I also love the sign at the drive thru window that says, “no refunds. We GUARANTEE to make your order right.”

So a few days ago I had placed a order for 2 Nashville hot chicken tender meals and 4 beefy crunch burritos and a grilled cheese burrito and a burrito Supreme. $36 dollars in food. When I got home because they slopped it all together it was leaking on my passenger side car seat and my carpeting in my apartment. I called up and complained they said they replace the whole order. When I got there today yet again nothing made right slopped together and leaking all over the place. Her attitude was rude and botched the whole entire time I was there. Now later today I will be contacting and talking to a different manager I am also reporting this place of business to the better business bureau. Our business will be tooken else where as well.

When you come in there is no one at the till. When they come to take your order they talk so fast. Example: Name, you say what, name for order. Need customer etiquette. Could I please get your name for this order. You go to the pop counter and it’s not ice it’s clumpy slush in the machine. The cup cover tray has gross crumbs and dirt in the cap. All the tables are dirty so you walk all over to try find a clean one. Orders take too long. Food is hot and is good. I used to love this place but it seems that some employees treat it as just a job, without the care part. Hope it gets better.

We ordered ahead online in hopes of not having to wait for our food. We gave them 30 minutes’ notice. When I arrived they had 2 cars in the drive-thru and 3 customers waiting for orders inside. There were no orders in the Quick Pick-Up Window where my order should be. I was told it would be about 10-15 minutes because they needed to put down more extra-crispy chicken. I said oh. After almost 15 minutes a younger guy came up to me and said they were short 3 thighs for my order. Is there something else I wanted? I was surprised and not sure how to answer, I told him that was their favorite thing. I asked if they could sub drumsticks. He checked and they could. As soon as he walked away I realized I should have asked for original recipe thighs instead because drumsticks don’t have as much meat. It took forever, but I did get our order. All of the sides were very skimpy. Maybe they were running low. The coleslaw was about half a dish. What a lousy meal for nearly $50!!!

I purchased the 10 piece feast meal. This review is based on that. To start, make sure you get all 64oz’s of soda which is supposed to come in the soda bag. My family didn’t appreciate getting “old” and near fresh quality chicken mixed in the bucket. The mashed potatoes are something to considering passing on in my opinion unless you like instant potatoes with butter chunks mixed in. The mac n cheese is good. Biscuits were average quality. Lastly the cookies, they come in a sealed plastic bag, the quality is below average and also something you may want to consider passing on. The staff were great and courteous and the reason I gave 3 stars as that is something that seems to be few and far between these days. This isnt a reflection on the entire crew working as someone dropped the ball if you will on quality control.
