This location has gone down hill. Went to pick up a quick dinner and drive through is down. Weng inside and ordered a family meal and they didn’t have enough thighs and tried to sub out two thighs for two chicken legs… got home to find our chicken burnt. When we went back we were told they do not do returns and they know the chicken quality is bad because they are unable to filter fryer because it is broken. Manager wrote my husband a hand written note for a free meal? We needed up driving across town to the location in Eau Claire to buy our dinner a second time. The manager there by the name of Pam was wonderful and comped the meal from the hand written note and couldn’t believe they were providing that kind of service. From now on we will be going to Pam’s location. I don’t understand how a place knowingly sells food of poor quality when they cannot do refunds? This location is lacking quality and honestly. Will not be back again.

I wish I could give them zero stars. For starters no one working at the drive through. Than the meal we ordered thru had no clue what they were talking about. The food was bad and lastly the no longer do refunds. So they can screw up your order and you just have to accept that!? ♀️ ♀️ If I’m gonna plan a special eating out with my having I will NEVER go there again! Huge let down

This is such a wonderful KFC Food is great and has lots of room. It was very clean!! Miranda that works there is awesome. I called two days prior and talked to her, and my food was ready on time when I said I would be there two days later. Definitely will go again. Great service!!

Drive threw speaker is broken. Closes at random times or early due to short staff. Took half an hour to actually get online order, they dont do refunds so you’re out your money or stuck waiting. part of my order was missing, Chicken was slimy and tastes terrible. Gentlemen was polite at least.

They refuse to ever answer their phone. They close down whenever they feel like it without shutting down their doordash so people have to wait and wait without refunds. I will absolutely drive to Eau Claire to get my kfc from here on out.

Google says they close at 9 but we where there before 8:20 and they closed I guess. However as we were waiting for about 20 minutes and had eye contact with the person inside the building (we were waiting by the drive through) he proceeded to ignore us instead of letting us know that they close at 8.

Apparently this store cancels DoorDash orders randomly and tells Doordash they are closed in the middle of the day even though they confirmed order. Pathetic service. Not surprised. I will be informing owner.

Order was messed up. Recieved an extra fry instead of the chicken tenders for my son as I had ordered the chicken sandwich and tender meal. I tried to get him to eat the sandwich but was unsuccessful. He did eat both fries tho then I gave him nuggets at home.
