I was reluctant to go to this store because of bad past experiences. I was in a rush. Got home to find this store is still true to my past experiences. 6 piece original meal. All of the chicken was like this. The store wasn’t even busy. Night of the Packers vs Bears wild card game (1/10/26).

This specific location in Eau Claire, WI. Is now under new management. With this one would think the quality of workers and food would improve. Not the case. Ordered our food online, a menu item and was told it will be a half hour due to the large order. It was a 8 peice, with 2 sides and ordered the 12 nuggets. Everything that is typically in their hot rack or would be shortly. Also as stated right now upon this review, this location states not very busy, this was the case at the time of my order. Additionally when I arrived the staff were polite but appeared scary as if I was in a crime ridden area. Got my food and took it home, for the extra half hour wait as the website stated, not a single item of chicken was fresh. Tasted old and was tough and dry. I’ll think twice about going to this KFC location again!

We can’t recommend this location enough! We had an issue with a delivery order yesterday, and they took care of us! Taradon (I hope we spelled your name right!!!) took down all our info and made our order, himself, fresh today!!! They even threw in a few freebies for the inconvenience. Very sweet folks. Great quality too! Big thank you to Pamela and Taradon again!

fiancé ordered for us and incredibly upset at the staffs priorities. my door dasher did the absolute best he could. I waited 2 hours for my food while my delivery driver watched multiple orders that were there long after my order was placed be handed out. I work fast food and I know. Managers failed not getting enough chicken for their 8 piece deal and workers failed prioritizing in house orders versus hour long deliveries. My worst and busiest day in fast food the wait times were at most 30 minutes. Not ok kfc. By any means

Ordered online husband picked it up. He had to wait a good 10 minutes if not longer for them to take his order. He got to the window she basically threw the bag at him. Got it home just to realize they forgot to put the chicken, coleslaw and mashed potatoes in the bag. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Tried calling for 35 minutes and just rang busy so apparently they have their phone off the hook too. Horrible

The bottom of the box fell out, so the food that I purchased also fell out of the box. The manager was literally pushing her employees out of her way, and she was running the whole thing by herself. Placed an online order, first mistake. My wife was close by so she’s goes in to get it. Was told they didn’t have some items, so she asked what they could do instead and they weren’t offering alternates. So I paid for stuff I couldn’t get, and wasn’t given an option for something else. Then was told another item on the order would take 22 mins to make. The staff were also rude to my wife while she was there. Finally asked to cancel the order, and get a refund but they refused to do that. So they are taking peoples money, and not returning it. Before my wife asked for the refund she saw workers eating food with their bare hands while also packing orders at the same time, meaning they weren’t wearing gloves while packaging orders and also eating at the same time. I’m calling the health department because it’s crazy to me that all that happened and they are still open.

Recap:
1) Ordered online, didn’t have the items, wouldn’t offer an alternate and refused to give a refund.
2) Handling customers food while not wearing gloves and eating.
3) Rude staff.

Put in a dispute with my bank since I never received anything. Just because we have Chick Fil A and Raising Caine’s now doesn’t mean the service should be this bad.

Placed an online order. Was charged for an online order. App said order was ready for pickup. Sat in drive through for 15 minutes. Was told order was cancelled, and that I needed to restart my order AND I had to get ahold of CS to get my money back.

The lobby was supposed to be open but it was closed it was not busy but the workers were going slow as ever the workers were snappy and it wasn’t a pleasant experience overall. Seriously we’re out of everything. The service was awful 15 bucks for food and waited over twenty mins in line to get food and then they were rude as hell. They have gone so downhill it’s unfortunate would not recommend to anyone. Oh also if they mess up your order they do not refund or correct their mistake. So update I get home to eat my food mind you I’m not even 5 min from here my food was cold and so awful that my dog even spit it out. This is unacceptable
