Show up for lunch order and pay, then as she’s handing me my card back she says there’s now going to be a 15 min wait now, all we can do is refund your money or your going to have to wait. I’m like, you should have said something when I was ordering or at least before I paid. I end up waiting 15 mins to get my food, and all she says is “there you go” as she drops it off, doesn’t even apologise for wasting my time.

The food was good. Wet through the drive-through. When we got home and had some issues with the food order, we were missing 2 items called and spoke with the manager, and he said that the next time we are in that, they would replace them. That is what you call customer service.

The famous bowl with the new chicken nuggets hits better then before. And the double down chicken sandwich is huge.. kinda pricey but well worth it! The new buffalo ranch is awesome and the new french fries are actually great! Only thing is the location lobby are closed due to lack of staff.

Ordered 8pc meal @ $29, suppose to be original but when we got home yhought it was the crispy because it was so over cooked and dry! Not one piece had any moisture. the chicken tasted like old oil. Once a yr we drive the 20 miles to get KFC and this was not worth it!

I paid 40.00 for 2 3pc strip meal , 2 snack wraps and a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a additional spicy chicken sandwich. Everyone food was in the bag when I got home except mine. No chicken sandwich and considering I live 7 miles away I wasn’t driving all the way back. The Rose st location is 3 -8 of getting my orders correct even though they read it back to me perfectly
