My partner and I stopped by on July 2nd and had a very good experience. It was quite busy but the employees were in relatively good spirits and the cashier was very friendly! We waited a little bit extra and the cashier was very communicative about the delay. The food was of much better quality than previous visits and very hot!

Spent $26 on what was supposed to be an 8 strip meal. Got 2 strips and 6 nuggets. Not cool. Went in to order and got thrown out because you have to order from the drive thru. Can’t actually order inside. No signs at all.

I ordered food from them on the app and they were closed when I got there and when I called I talked to some rude male working who stated well the drive through was open and we cant reimburse you , no mind I stopped there after work In a blizzard and he said they cant refund the money, I will no longer go to another kfc!!!!!!!

Chicken is not the problem. The terrible horrendous services is the problem! I was force to wait 10 mins to order at the drive thru. Got to KFC just a 10 minutes before 8 PM and they refused to make more crispy chicken. They were unwilling to fulfill my order of crispy chicken. Seems they only had original left and needed to get rid of that for the night so they told me they could only give me original! Last time I’m going to this KFC. Almost unable to fulfill my order of a colonel crispy sandwich too. Services seems to have degraded and all that is left is the expensive chicken!

Went to this KFC after years of not going because of how god awful the food was, years later food is still awful. Mash potatoes are just instant potatoes and have little to no taste, chicken tastes like straight water and very bland, coleslaw is probably 1 of the worst I’ve had, buns were only thing that actually tasted alright. I forgot how bad KFC really is, after years of not patronizing this made me not want to patronize again. KFC is definitely for people without taste buds. Absolutely worst food I’ve had in years! Absurdly overpriced as well, I definitely wouldn’t recommend or patronize again.

I don’t know how you can hear “3 piece chicken STRIPS” and give someone 2 pieces of chicken with bones in them. I guess it’s my fault for trusting the store and not checking the bag until I got home. My kid won’t eat this and I’m not trying to load him back into the car to drive all the way back so… I don’t know. I’m just upset. I called the store and they said they didn’t even see my order, I’m looking at the receipt and it says strips so I guess the whole staff is just incompetent.
