Dennis Was Exceptional!
I recently visited the KFC location on Greenway and Fish Hatchery in Madison, WI, and I was blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the unmistakable smell of fresh, crispy chicken.
But what really made this visit stand out was the service from Dennis. Honestly, Dennis deserves more than five stars – he was a solid 20/10! From his friendly demeanor to his attention to detail, he went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. He took the time to explain the menu options and even offered a few great recommendations (which turned out to be delicious, by the way). It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing top-notch service.
Not only was the food hot and fresh, but it was also perfectly seasoned – exactly what I was craving. The store was clean, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Dennis really made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable, which is something you don’t always get when dining out.
I’ll definitely be back to this KFC, and I’ll be looking forward to more of Dennis’ outstanding service. Thanks for making my meal so enjoyable, Dennis – you’re a true asset to the team!

The lobby was well maintained. Brought my friend here for lunch and got those new festive pot pie deals. The apple pie poppers are really good paired with the pot pies and it wasn’t a bad price at all. The staff were friendly and it didn’t take long for my order.

My hubby and I both got chicken meals, our Mac n cheese tasted way off,wand was cold..etc. my tenders were a dark brown color. We both got very ill about 45 min after eating . We both got severe food poisening amd were.extremely.ill. I almost went to the ER, as I was havimg.bad body pains and aches, and very nautious, 2 days later, im just barely better! I called before I ordered my food to make sure that the store could accommodate me. I talked to the night phone answerer because I wanted 2 sides of shredded cheese but couldn’t order it on the app. He asked for my name, confirmed it with me, and said that he would make sure that my order was correct.
I got it delivered and ½ of it was there. I’m missing 1 12 piece nugget, 2 mac & cheeses, and the 2 sides of shredded cheese. I’d love to have an actual dinner instead of pretending that I enjoyed the leftovers that the store hadn’t thrown out yet.
Feel free to respond and I’ll be happy to indulge more on my discontent about the way that I was disrespected as a customer.

I was greeted by a very nice young man who was ready to give me my online order. The facility was clean and inviting. Staff was very courteous and prompt. Staff said thank you and how may I help you to every customer as I sit in the facility and ate my lunch. I give them a five star as this is my third time eating in this location

I’ve been coming into this KFC over the years and it’s always been mediocre. Recently though, especially after the facelift it got, service has been better and quality has been good. If it can keep improving, I wouldn’t hesitate to order dinner here on a busy night.
