They will not take any orders at 9:48pm on 10/16/25. They close at 10pm but said they are getting ready to close so they won’t take any orders not even door dashes. The employees are seen in the drive thru window bagging up chicken to take home yet they will not make any orders bc they want the leftovers. They manager was then trying to stand in front of the window blocking the chicken that her and the employee’s are taking home. You work in fast food. It is what it is, just bc u close at 10 dont mean you go home at 10. Do your job

I can’t believe I am reviewing KFC, but here I am and here it goes. Was craving a few tenders as a snack but didn’t need a whole meal & I hadn’t been to a KFC in 5 years or more. I pulled into the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken fingers and nothing else. The guy taking the order said “we only have 3,6,&12 piece for tenders only.” So I said ok give me six tenders please. He said “ok that will be $18.” I said dang that’s a lot! “I don’t set the prices but if you get a meal it’s cheaper” So I said fine and went with a 4 piece meal. When I got to the window I handed my $12 over and he started handing me a pepsi with no ice and said “our ice machine is down so there’s no ice in here” Ok is the pepsi at least chilled I asked? “No! ice is what makes it cold” So I told him to keep the pepsi “The meal cost the same with our without a drink so you don’t get any money back” When I pulled out of the lot and opened my box it was 3 tenders not 4 & the wedges were sad and not warm. The biscuit was ok and that’s why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 on food. I’ll find a Chick fil A or Culvers next time I am craving some tenders!

11/25/2025. Ordered online to pick up in drive-thru. When i got to the window they never acknowledged me handed the food to me and closed the window. I made sure things were correct i was missing biscuits. While still at the window the employees continued to talk and noticed me but would not open the window. Finally they did and i nicely said i am missing 2 biscuits. It seemed to be such an inconvenience to them to give me my items i paid for. Then when i got home I took items out of the bag and I received 2 bowls which one was suppose to be a pot pie, but wasn’t. Tried calling the store nobody would answer. Worst EVER SERVICE. I spent almost $25.00.

Why is this location still open. I order on door dash and three drivers showed up and left because staff was taking forever to make my food. I ended up canceling my order. I advise everyone to not order for delivery or pick up because their services also suck!!

Ordered online, picked up in store and literally told to leave store while checking food because they were closing inside. Well, they forgot two orders of fries, food was cold, hardly any gravy in famous bowl. Just a horrible store, service and food after spending $84.!!!
