I go here every Monday night, order almost the same thing every time. They have NEVER messed up an order until tonight. I walked in to get the missing items, and was immediately apologized to. They began gathering the missing items and I could see how understaffed they were. I heard someone say something about being short 5 people, but for being that understaffed they were still making it work. I was again apologized to and given my missing items, I was waiting only a minute. I wish I could leave the entire staff a giant Christmas gift. They are all amazing

The customer engagement is horrible 15 minutes the only person in the store. I usually give honest reviews, so I had to write about my experience yesterday I visited this establishment for the first time. The young lady became upset because I asked her for fresh mashed potatoes and gravy. She then went to the back to make them and I overheard her telling another employee how does she not know that the potatoes that are already sitting here are not fresh? Any other time I would have said something to address what I heard come out of her mouth, but I decided writing a review would be better. Thank God the food was good, but she clearly did not want to service me. I have no idea who hired this young lady but they need to be reprimanded because she’s definitely not customer service at its best. She handed me the food, no thank you, no smile, just attitude., I definitely won’t come back.
