you need to bring back the original crunchy crispy popcorn chicken and get rid of these square and soft chicken pieces. They dont have good breading on them anymore. As well as the amount of chicken included in the bowls, once i got it all there was, was only 5 chunks of chicken.

Ate her last night with my mom and son. Food was gross. Like it had been sitting all day. Tables weren’t sanitized, there was crumbs soda on almost all the booths. Fruit flies flying over us and flies while we ate. ( big pet peeve & disgust for me while eating ) the service was great. The young lady was very kind. This used to be my favorite fast food place. Unfortunately I see why the parking lot is empty all the time. Floors were dirty. It was just a gross atmosphere along with food.

Whenever I get food here for in store pick up the service is always kind, friendly and fast! The Food still hot and delicious. KFC nuggets are and with the bone in wings back it’s 10/10.
Can’t wait for Nashville hot season to return especially in the Famous bowls.

This KFC used to be pretty rough, but they have bounced back recently. It’s good to have a quality KFC back in town, I actively want to go there now. I really like the #10 big box personally, but the $5 fillups are great for most situations. I’ve had great/fast service lately, and had a great conversation with one of the employees Devon a few weeks back.

1 star is to much should be getting 0 stars. The chicken was so dried out and over cooked I couldn’t brush my teeth enough after eating. I will not be ordering from this place ..Neighbor just ordered 8/22/25..Now it looks like wet dog food. You all should be embarrassed.

Placed an order online for an all dark meat, original recipe chicken bucket. When I got to the restaurant, I asked the employee to confirm it was all dark meat. Employee said it was not and he could replace the white meat with Crispy. I said ok. All of a sudden, a female employee comes to the window and says they cannot do that because of “the deal.” I explained that there was no deal and also no extra charge for all dark meat. I also reminded the employee that white meat is more expensive than dark meat. The employee just shook her head and said, “the deal” — whatever that means. Chicken was cold and overcooked. This will be my last visit to KFC. Pizza Ranch’s fried chicken is HOT, very tasty, and their employees have common sense. And the cost is much more reasonable. Go to Pizza Ranch instead!!

Ordered online items were out of stock. They asked me what I wanted to substitute and when I told them what to substitute they told me they were out of that one. I said well I ordered one of each how are you only telling me you’re out of one. The general manager was there and he told me there was nothing they could do so I got food that had no sauce because there’s nothing you can do when you only carried the spicy sauces for your sandwiches at this point so I paid for food I didn’t get but there’s nothing you can do as a company or at a restaurant level that to me is just ridiculous in a customer service base business. This is the second time in a row. I’ve ordered online and the food was not available, but they have coupons that are online exclusives. The first time I didn’t even say anything or complain I just went with the flow, but this is ridiculous. The crew members they are very friendly and nice, but whoever is doing the ordering and That stuff needs to be retrained because they’re always out of stuff.
