There were three people working. 2 men and 1 women. The lady is doing all the work with orders and order taking. Took them 23 minutes to give me my order. They severed 3 other people that came in after me and my family and served them their food first. The one bigger black guy came up to me and ask if he can help me I said ive been waiting for 22 minutes now for my food. He said we’ll shes the only one up here. Find that hard to believe there was him and another dude there. Why aren’t they helping. On top of that the other black guy working with his hair up and had black jbl headphones on the entire time. Constantly going outside. Never said a word the whole time I was there and ik he seen me. There should be absolutely NO ELECTRONICS out on the floor ever. What if the headphone were to fall off into the fryer. Than they all go outside and they take a boom box with them. Than they come back inside. I no one again acknowledged me but her. All I wanted was a bag. Again the black guy in the red and white pants listening to music. On top of that behind the counter and kitchen was a mess. You have time to lean you have to clean. That whole store could use a deep cleaning bad!! And employees that care about getting food out fast and first come first serve. My restaurant no less than five minutes!! And we great them when they come in and thank them for eating when they leave. Me and my family will not be returning to this location. Just awful service and environment.

Highly recommend avoiding this location. Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru lane to order but no one bothered to take order or at least say they’d be a minute. One car ahead finally managed to place order but was still waiting for food when I and other cars finally gave up and left.

For the last 3 times I’ve been there my order has been wrong, food has been NASTY OLD & through together. Biscuits black dry & hard , I normally do drive thru , I decided to go inside today & the store needs a very bad deep cleaning, the pop machine is sooo disgusting! Haven’t been cleaned in forever. I moved closer to this location & I would take that ride to Edgewood every time now! I’ve wasted about a good 60$ as to when I go I feed myself & my family! Tear the whole building down & start over. It’s NEVER the service (workers) until today .

Me and my mother went here to get food before going back home. We ordered food and within 3 minutes it came out quick. The food was delicious. Even though it wasn’t to busy at the time, the service was great and the place looked clean. If I were in the same area again I would go back for more!

Food was fresh but there woman working, an older lady with a head set was super mean to the two boys working there on the line getting food ready, started yelling when she misplaced an order, and ignored all three customers in line waiting to order. She alone makes me never want to come back and I feel bad for those boys. She should not be in a customer service position.

Great visit to KFC. The fried chicken, coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy were yummy as always. We’re so glad KFC brought the Hot & Spicy wings back, they have just the right amount of kick to them. Service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, and it was clean and nice inside.

Food is really dry and tastes weird. Tables and floors are filthy and greasy. And I Went to the bathroom I seen a bunch of dead roaches all around the corners of the bathroom and next to the toilet. It also stinks really bad in the place. I do not recommend eating here for your safety.

KFC has really gone down hill…
The whole experience has been a consistent disaster the last couple of times.
I usually hold negative reviews back, but I feel this one is warranted.
The previous time they messed up the order and I only got eight pieces when I paid for 12, but I noticed when I got home and I let it slide.
This time, I checked and the pieces not only looked old but most of them were super miniscule except for two pieces at the top.
The manager took my payment and then someone else handed the order, so I pulled aside to check and when I saw the order, I came inside and asked if he could do something about it, and he said he could not exchange any part of it, I explained that the last time they had also messed up the order and that they were going to probably lose customers over things like this.
And I only few times of my life I’ve seen the expression of someone care even less than the Managers one…
