Ordered in the app, which it’s designed horrible. But that’s unrelated to this location. Showed up and was told to wait at the drive through intercom for about 5+ minutes. Only 3 total cars in the parking lot and 1 at the window no idea what was going on. Finally got my food and made it home and they messed up the entire order. How do you mess up an order of only a chicken sandwich and fries?! Super slow, overpriced, and apparently incompetent.

Went to get a bucket of 8 pc tenders for 10 bucks on Tuesday Feb 3rd 1 pm the younger dude working looked like he hated his life he also didn’t give me tenders he gave me drums and thighs which is whatever I will eat them but some are burnt and are about the WORST tasting chicken I have ever gotten from KFC I am a semi regular customer at the downtown Dubuque location and this is absolutely horrifying
