We went there for a late lunch and we ordered 2 bowls, a 2 piece and cheese curds. The bowls were kinda skimpy, they didn’t put much in them. The 2 piece was fine and the cheese curd were all over the bottom of our bag. They were just poorly put together.

Made an online order at 6:30 for pickup at 7pm. Waited behind other cars for 13 minutes, get to the window, was told it was going to be another 15 minutes for chicken as they just cooked it. No sauce that I also put in on the order as well. When you’re on a 1/2 hour lunch break and spend most of it waiting and not getting what you ordered fully is kinda ridiculous. Especially since the order was put in 30 minutes before hand. Food was decent, not hot hot but not cold.

We ordered our food. It took for ever you get our food. Everybody was waiting. It seemed they were taking care of drive thru first. Place was clean and crowed. The food was hot and fresh when it came. Good food.

Sat for at least 20 mins in drive thru waiting for our food. Finally got our order and it was wrong. There was no one dining in and only 1 car behind us. How do you screw something up when you aren’t busy at all? Got the rest of our order. Fries were burnt and chicken strips were soggy. No dipping sauce. Chicken sandwich was not crispy or spicy. Biscuit was cold and rubbery. Won’t be back. Should have went to Popeyes.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Sat in drive thru for 30 min. Always forget items in order and overall customer service is terrible. Rather drive across town to avoid this place altogether. Manger Charles is also a poor excuse for management and it makes it very clear why this is a horribly rated location. Find new management.

Went inside to pick up my online order. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front and acknowledge the people in the lobby. There had been people waiting in the lobby longer than me and the staff was treating everyone in a rude manner. Every time someone would try to talk to the staff the staff ignored them and gave dirty looks. Finally someone came to the front and I asked from my online order. She was very rude and gave me my order that had been sitting on the back counter. They had still not helped others that were in the lobby prior to me. I got my food and it was not warm and no utensils were included. Overall a very negative experience.

Christian helped us with our food order in drive thru. We told him the night crew messed up our order and he fixed it and gave us the right meals. Christian was very respectful towards us. Great manager. Wish there was more like him

The quality of the food was among the best we’ve ever had at a KFC. The manager could not have been more gracious or kind. We had to wait a bit for our food, and he threw in an extra dessert. We had a nice time talking to him. He genuinely cared about whether or not we had a good experience. He even asked if the bathroom was acceptable or if it needed some attention.
