I ordered a Twister meal and they did not take the time to make it according to how they sell it. It was made poorly, too much mayo no shredded cheese and only lettuce. The potato wedges were burnt as well. I came back to KFC because they brought back the twister wrap but I will not be going back

Just had the most bizarre experience. Went through the drive through and ordered just a large Pepsi (my autistic son was with me and I didn’t want to drag him into the gas station as he would have freaked). The lady on the speaker told me to pull ahead. I did. Waited 10 minutes for the single car ahead of me to get their order. She tells me my bill is 13 something. I told her I just ordered a Pepsi. So she hands me a very small Pepsi. I told her I ordered a large Pepsi. So she comes back again with finally the right thing. She takes my card and still charges me for 13 something and tries to hand me a bag of food. I told her I did not order this. Again, I only ordered a large Pepsi. So she calls over who I assume was the manager and he supposedly refunded the charge to my card and then correctly charged me for the large Pepsi (I still need to double check this). No apology for a completely disastrous experience and im guessing no apology to the long line of people waiting at this point. Do not go here. They cant even figure out an order of Pepsi.

We visited today and ordered a bucket with all the sides, and everything was exceptional. The chicken was perfectly fresh—straight from the roaster—and the gravy and biscuits were outstanding. This spot truly impressed us, and it’s definitely a place we’ll be returning to!

Every time I’ve come here to pick up orders I’ve never gotten an attitude from any of the workers till today. I went in to pick up the order some skinny black lady was bent over the counter on her phone and I told her that I was there for a pickup or and she snapped at me and in a rude way said that order is already picked up and I felt nervous and intimidated by her. She needs a attitude adjustment. When I was working in retail I never treated my customers like that. That is uncalled for at all. Will not recommend this place when she is working. I have a disability and ptsd. I Soon had a ptsd episode from the way I was treated in my car.

It is just so unfortunate that I called ahead to tell them that I was going to be ordering a 14 piece drum and thigh combo (calls were at 5:38 pm and 5:48 pm on 08/12/2025). I thought I would do them the courtesy of letting them know that I was going to be ordering from them so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the drive through for 30+ minutes.
I’ve done this before in the past and it had worked. But unfortunately the worker was acting aggressive. I called a second time and asked for a manger who told me that they do not have a 14pc deal. I politely explained to him the situation about how I have a coupon and how I was just giving him the courtesy that I would be ordering the food.
Unfortunately, he was very defensive and it simply did not work out.
I will not be back until the workers and management are courteous and under control. I am very disappointed.

This place gets better and better every time I come here biscuits are fresh hot soft and melt in your mouth. Little slow because they’re short-handed but also don’t like waiting in the boring lobby no music or anything put in a TV to watch or something while we wait

Worst experience at KFC ever. Chicken tenders, wedges, and 3 piece chicken were extremely dry… when recieving order. I asked if tenders were supposed to look like that. Worker said yes. Obviously not. These were Obviously left over from earlier in the day. Only mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw was fresh… my biscuit was hard as a rock.
Workers(2) were very unfriendly. Spent most of the time sitting at a table in dining area instead of actually making fresh food.
If this is how they allow their business to be ran. I have no interest in ever returning. I used to patronize this location multible times a week(a few yrs ago). Sad that this is where it’s at now.

Employees were wonderful…
But inside was very unkept…Windows and doors were covered in handprints and don’t get me started on the bathroom… To put it nicely it wasn’t even close to Closing Time…

Never again will I get food from there my sandwich wasn’t even correct I asked for spicy an it was a regular chicken sandwich I also asked for no pickles an it had pickles. They lucky I don’t have a way there id throw it at them. They said u have to bring it back. Ok if I had a way I wouldn’t of door dashed it

I ordered 10 piece feast plus and extra coleslaw. It was to come with 2 mash potatoes, 1 coleslaw, gravy, pop, cookies and biscuits. I was told everything was in the bag.
I paid extra and the coleslaw was in a foam cup not even close to being filled and was hardly anything in there this was what I received was mad when I got home I will never go back to this place it was awful.
