Ordered honey BBQ strips. I was so excited this sauce was back! The tenders were awful. All the flakey coating was missing. The chicken was tough and they were over sauced. Not the honey BBQ sauce I remembered. Also not the quality I expect from KFC. Awful experience.

Parking lot had numerous articles of trash free flowing in it. Building appeared clean, will maintained and free of noticeable deferred unaddressed maintenance issues.
Found lobby clean upon entry. Numerous tables were vacant and dirty, in obvious need of staff attention.
Ordering was straight forward. I found the staff helpful but lacking any interpersonal skills. I never truly felt welcomed and I certainly never felt valued.
I found my food acceptable but lacking in the wow department. The chicken is smaller and noticeably containing more fat.
KFC is crossing the price point we’re it’s almost not worth what they’re asking.
Increased pricing, aggressive portion control and diminished quality make up the golden trifecta of losing my future business.
Based on cost, quality and aggressive portion control this is not an establishment that l would encourage anyone visiting.

3 piece chicken tender was dry, chewy and stale like. Definitely not fresh. Kids 5 piece nuggets were more like hard pebbles that could have chipped a tooth, also not fresh. Famous bowl full of mashed potatoes more than anything, barely any chicken. Attitude of the chic at the window was stank. Forgot to put utensils in the bag and they had their lobby locked so we couldn’t get in to grab some and there was a super slow moving line that we weren’t going to wait in for a single spork. Food gross. Worker attitude gross. Just choose somewhere else, maybe a gas station.

Fast friendly service. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. The food came out fast , hot and accurate. Sizable dining area. I enjoyed the col. Basket . Biscuits were on point. Mash and beans were satisfactory. They could have been richer in taste. They serve Pepsi products. They even offered a solid military discount.

Went on Halloween, the manager Connie (?) was dressed up really provocative, probably shouldn’t have been dressed like that in a work place while her co worker was telling her to shake her butt.. customer’s and children around. Then seen co workers in the back being flirtatious instead of working, kissing and poking each other around. One young man wasn’t doing anything was just on his phone. I Smelt a bunch of alcohol off the lady that took my order, if I find the receipt I can provide her name. Food was served hot but waited 15 minutes, store was semi clean, woman’s bathroom was a mess, trash on the floor poop on the seat and had an awful smell to it. The only one that looked like was working was the gentleman in the back making chicken, mixed man maybe in his 30s.

Went to get my pick up order & the store was a ghost town which should have been my first sign but NOBODY paid me any attention. One guy stared at me from the back but made no effort to come hand me my order and the girl who was outside cleaning tables said someone over there will help you. There was NOBODY in the store they weren’t busy they just didn’t care. Very rude

We ordered two buckets of original fried chicken and some tenders for a large family dinner. Attached is a photo of the “fried chicken.” There was very little to no coating on any of the 32 pieces that we ordered. If I wanted this type of fried chicken, I could’ve made it myself. (The tenders were all coated nicely with a cripsy crust.) But I will not be back. The chicken itself tasted fine, but there was certainly nothing crispy about it. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

By far the worst kfc I’ve ever been too. I’ve given this place a second chance. Yet again horrible experience. Always forgets something never warm or fresh literally no good pieces. Seems like it was sitting there for hrs. Will not recommend or come back

KFC used to be great! Now this location intentionally screws up your order and even when you check at the window to make sure its all there, they actually refuse to correct it. Wow. I am patient with low staffing, long waits but this is getting ridiculous.
Three stars still because the chicken was actually pretty good. I hope they can get their stuff together.
