$30 for three meals, seemed fair for the servings we got. The service was incredibly fast, like unbelievably fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining room was clean and well lit. The food was typical KFC – good enough chicken tenders and biscuits.

Possibly the worst KFC i have ever had. It was so bad there was no point in going back to ask them to replace the food, because I’m convinced it wouldn’t do any good. The chicken is so old, it called me “Sonny” and asked if it could buy me a drink. If the chicken were any older, it would be the dinosaur it evolved from and my ex would probably dig it up. Seriously, it is dried out. I thought it was jerky at first. I don’t even think dipping sauce would make it better. The chicken would probably suck the moisture out of the sauce. I think the chicken may share the same birthday as the kid who handed it through the window. I did get it fast, likely because the trash can was closer than the drawer they keep the fossils in. There are plenty of other options nearby, I will go there from now on. I understand why the drive through at KFC was empty and everything else had a line. I hope this location closes and makes room for a Popeyes or Chick-fil-A, really anyplace that knows how to make chicken would be good. I thought KFC was chicken. I can’t even find instructions on the internet on how to dry chicken this well. Maybe, I bring my deer meat here to see if they can dehydrate it for me. Otherwise, I have no use for this place.

This location opened less than two years ago, with huge anticipation due to the lack of anything similar around here. For a couple months they had pretty good food and service. Then… the common slide began. And continued. It’s pretty poor these days (10/2025). Chicken is usually not super fresh except at the tail end of lunch hour. Fries of both kinds are never good. Biscuits vary, sometimes fresh and good, often not. Counter service is variable.
From what I can tell this location is owned by someone far away who tried to keep standards for the start, and since then has not. Time to come back.

I ordered an 8 piece nuggets with fries. Half of my fries were burnt and nasty, the biscuit was hard and the nuggets were all so, so tiny!! (Smaller than a quarter!) Ugh you guys can do better!! Waste of $$$$$

Got an 8 piece meal about a month ago. Got home and the chicken had been under a heat lamp so long it was burned. Did a review through corporate and was sent a $20 voucher. Went again last week, same result ;Old dried out chicken. I will never go back. I hope someone that can do something about this is actually reading the reviews. Only bright side was the service. Very polite and friendly too bad the food doesn’t match. This KFC is going to go the way of the first KFC in Houghton. Maybe they can use the building for a Wendy’s!

We ordered one five finger box combo with ranch. No ranch, gave us butter and a honey packet. No biscuit. All thats supposed to be there is chicken, fries, and a biscuit. We only ordered ONE THING. WHY DID WE GET THE BUTTER AND HONEY BUT NO BISCUIT. And no ranch. Never coming here again, this location should join the closed ones, its definitely headed that way. Off to go eat my flavorless chicken tenders with a honey packet. Thanks for nothing!

After we ordered, we weren’t even done filling up two cups of drinks before our food was ready, which seemed very fast. We soon learned why. The chicken was soggy, the fries soggy and stale, and the roll dry. It was all barely warm. I’ve been to this KFC twice now, and its been like this both times, almost a year apart. If you really crave KFC I would recommend the one in Marquette, definitely much better.

Hi guys. (Mostly talking to glen and family) I came in tonight like probably a half hour before close. I had came in the lobby and faith was working front register and after explaining who I was she knew immediately what I wanted and how I wanted it made. Tenders tasted like they had fresh flour (they did I asked jesús) my food was cold by the time I got home but I ended up chatting with Matthew for like 10 min so I was surprised (also not complaining ab that) staff was great and friendly. 10/10 for not having my usual cook.

Ordered a 16 piece original all dark meat meal. I got home and to my surprise I only had 12 pieces with mostly breast meat the chicken was over done and almost inedible. Not worth the 52.00 I spent. Do better KFC
