How dare these guys serve me food so hot, that I have to wait for it to cool down before I can eat it?
Also I was forced to let the Led out while waiting for my food, that was a first. I’ll never complain about the “questionable music playing” because some of us have good taste. I enjoyed my experience, thanks.

Horrible service. Not friendly, they always look miserable and they have no care. Over 15 min wait for a famous bowl with no one in DT. Real big shame to the KFC franchise

Not sure how often they clean their fryers. I got a famous bowl tasted like pickles and a gross after taste on the chicken. Thought maybe my mind was being a little crazy. Took about four more bites before completely throwing up what I had eaten. Very disappointing cause I love the famous bowls.

Took 10 mins and me saying “hello” for them to take my drive-thru order, after they said “one moment please”. 10 mins is not a moment. Then we had placed an order to be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t done until 30 mins after the original pickup time. I will never go back here again. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business, given this is not an isolated incident.

Questionable music playing. No ice at all plus the drinks came out just as warm as the food. Asked for dark meat and got white meat that was as dry as flat out eating a spoonful of cinnamon

My chicken was dry/old, instead of a chicken thigh I got a weird broken half of a breast (see the wing) complete with some shattered bits of bone, the biscuit was stale and didn’t come with butter or honey. Potatoes and gravy were fine.

I travel for work and I have been to many KFCs… This one was one of the worst.
Burnt pieces in Mac and cheese….. Chicken was miss handled and was missing most of the breading…. Potatoes had been made poorly… Seems thin in consistency. Not normal. Barley white. Warm drink with 3 pieces of ice….. Photos included and screenshot of phone for the meal missing.
They forgot one of our meals to top all that off….. Similar results with that meal too.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in town. Do whatever you can to avoid this KFC. Don’t believe me? check it out but don’t say I didn’t warn you.
