Found plastic from some sort of container or racking IN our Mac & cheese today! When trying to call the restaurant to let someone know, the line is busy. Be careful with your food! While I was in line a customer complained about hair in their food. PAY ATTENTION & DO BETTER! Absolutely NASTY!!! We will NEVER be back to a KTC again!

From the moment we pulled up to the drive-thru, the experience went downhill. We were immediately asked to “please hold for a minute”—but that minute dragged into five. When we finally got to place our order, the process was slow and disorganized. After paying, we were instructed to pull forward and wait, which turned into an additional 15 minutes of sitting in our car.

Once we got home, things didn’t improve. The biscuits had been carelessly packed in with the chicken and were completely squashed. We didn’t even receive our full order of chicken, and the mac and cheese was watery and unappealing. This meal was far from the quick and enjoyable dinner we hoped for—and to top it off, we spent over $40.

Honestly, I expected better. The entire experience—from the long wait to the poor food quality—was a huge letdown.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The service was slow, my order was incorrect, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping. For the price, I expected much better. I hope this location improves because it definitely needs work.

Extremely slow order to pay to receive food process. Asked for “as much honey as I could get” with a large order I placed, received one packet. I only come through town once a month, ill be trying one or many of the various other actual fast food places instead of coming here next time, I may give it another shot in a few months. This is just typical up north fast food tho, itnis RARELY consistent over any sort of period of time.

Sitting at the drive thru wimdow waiting for my overpriced not as good as it used to be bucket of chicken, and figured u would leave a review while I wait.. been here about 10mins, lots of cars behind me and can see people at the counter. I also see an employee standing in the corner with her arms crossed doing nothing. Not a good way to run a business….get it together KFC CADILLAC

Saturday I was told it would be 40 minutes for food. I could get that faster at a sit down restaurant in town.

Every time I go to the drive through when I order they are out of the original chicken. So I order online 1 hour out, plenty of time to make sure original chicken will be done and ready, so mind you I’m already a paid costumer. 10 minutes after my pick up time and 9 cars have went through the drive through I’m told they are out of original chicken

A year later- come back to update & it’s gotten worse not better. I’ll try to add photos of the rock hard cooked 3x fries we were served Monday even 9-22-25. Lazy & gross! Update: was looking forward to KFC fries all day. Order, pay, start heading out of town and reach for a fry and they are plain fries, no seasoning, no salt, nothing. I taste one and it literally tastes like grease! Drove back to return and get told they had to get fries from a different restaurant. That would’ve been nice to know when ordering! Not to mention one of them was only half full. Ridiculous. The best part: it’s going to take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. Every single time here it’s some kind of quality issue… Giving these guys 3 stars is being generous. Last week I got a Pepsi that was absolutely disgusting and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said “sorry we just filled the water softener so they taste weird”. Tonight I order 2 root beers and my child keeps asking me if it’s ok if he drinks his Pepsi because he knows he’s not supposed to have Pepsi. I keep telling him it’s ok, it’s root beer! Nope, I grabbed the wrong cup and took a sip of his on accident and his was Pepsi. Receipt says root beer. I’m actually shocked that the rest of the order was correct this time.

CADILLAC MICHIGAN. Not impressed with haveing to use a kiosk. Service was extremely slow. We dined in. There was one gentleman waiting for a bucket of chicken to go, for over 50 minutes. We waited for 20 minutesfor our meal. Our order was wrong, and then I had to settle for something I didn’t really want, because they were out of what I had ordered, and it was at least a 30 minute wait. And then our potatoes were cold, and I had to ask for cups for our drinks…… NOT HAPPY….
