KFC an icon in american carry out .. everyone loves original recipe. i found myself low on money and near this location so i tried them out. i had 255 points on my account so i got a 5 piece nugget free and they had a special on the 3 piece tenders with fries for $5.00 .. so it was $5.30 out the door and a value you can’t beat. the tenders melt in your mouth. i liked them better than the nuggets. remember to always use the app so you get points and deals

My husband picked up dinner here on 1/29/26. He had the worst service ever. He did drive thru. The cashier was rude. Rudely told him he needed to pull forward. We didn’t get 2 biscuits, and other order of cheese curds. I get that customer service can be hard, and rude customers, I have worked customer service 24 years, but that kind of treatment is uncalled for. We have been here before and had mediocre service. Just do better.

I was told to pull in a parking spot and they would bring the food out to me. After 15 minutes of waiting I see a guy yelling out the drive thru window yelling to another employ who went out to grab something from their car and playing around. So fed up waiting I went back to the drive thru asked for the manager. I was told they dont have a manager and she was the assistant manager. I asked for a refund and she could give me a refund. She also said they didnt have my order so I should her the reciept again and she said there is nothing she can do. She said she could start my order over again which their is no way I could trust the incompetent group to make a meal correct after this and seeing them playing around not very professional. I told her I wanted her to print the reciept and put a note on it so I could show management. Right now Im out my money I feel like I’ve been robbed avoid this store its not my first time having issues here but it is the first time I was so fed up that I had to ask for a refund.

My husband went to this store on Plainfield and got my parents an 8 piece family meal in honey bbq.i went back 2 hours later to get the same for us and I was told that I cannot get a family meal deal in honey bbq by the assistant manager. This is very unprofessional that all employees are not in the same page.

Just left there from getting a number 11 that Nashville hot chicken 3 piece not enough sauce on the chicken so I asked if they could add more. Was told I’d have to pay for it. Paying for it wasn’t a problem but it was hardly on the chicken to began with. They came off rude to me. And didn’t even bother to even look at the chicken. I’ll insert a picture. They clearly aren’t covered like the picture in the picture the whole chicken is red only the center of my chickens had the load of seasoning
