We’ve been here two times in the last month. I don’t know what’s changed but leadership is absent. There is no urgency in order delivery. Its sad because we could count on this store for accuracy, friendliness and speed. We wont be back.

Not only did they completely mess up the order it was someone’s bright idea to give me extra chicken (that was gross, soggy and had been sitting out) and biscuits INSTEAD of two sides of Mac and cheese. Lazy & unprofessional go anywhere but here.
Ps: if you want hair free food don’t go here! Had a nice blonde hair as a surprise in my KFC bowl. Just nasty.

Went to KFC tonight to pick up a meal for my family. This was at 6:10 PM on 12/23. I sat in the drive through for about 3-5 minutes. I was the only person in the drive through. No one answered and the lights were off, so I pulled up to the window to which a clerk, “Greeted me” with so much attitude. I politely explained that I had been sitting there and did not hear anyone, so I figured I would pull up to the window after it had been a little bit. She rolled her eyes, said she didn’t hear me, and looked around. Then she didn’t say anything. So I asked if I could place my order. She again, with no smile, hood up, just seemingly annoyed with so much attitude did take my order. When I was handed my food, one one else brought it out the window and basically shoved it to me. They didn’t say anything, even after I said, “thank you.” So I got my food, quality is to be determine, but wow…I would never come back here solely because of this awkward and unfriendly encounter. Maybe Pop-Eyes next door has better service.

My wife stopped here and tried to order what I sent her after looking at the menu online. Some items say ONLINE ONLY and the item she tried to order did not say that, however Todd at the drive through was very rude and disrespectful to her. The food was fine, but there was no call for how he treated her.

If I could give them NO STARS I would. Our order was messed up and the people had no idea what was going on.
They didn’t listen to the order and almost gave it to the car in front of us. I ordered tenders and was given bone in…no big deal but my husband ordered the nuggets and got the tiniest hardest over cooked chunks of batter.
He just made actual food when he got home because a small handful of burnt batter isn’t satisfying if you’d believe it.
My children had fries with their order and when the box was opened the frie container was more than half empty.

Think they had to go hunt a chicken. We placed an order in the app. It showed it being ready before we got there. They didn’t even start making it until a half hour after we arrived at the restaurant. Then it wasn’t even right.
