When I went in there were a few customers standing around. I didn’t know if they were waiting to order or for their food. There was no one behind the counter. I finally noticed the kiosk that you could order and pay on. The food is ready quickly and taste great, but there is a lack of human contact.

I called in an order at 3:08pm they said it will be 30 minutes. They told me another 30 minutes. One person showed up to pick up food. No one was picking up in the drive thru. The employees are standing around talking about guys and other drama. My food wasn’t ready until 3:55pm. There is a time and place to talk. Customers come first. I will give you one more chance to have our food ready within 30 minutes as I was told. Then I will change my rating.

We live 25 minutes from town. Ordered a family bucket meal. The bucket was missing the breast and there were 5 legs in it. The sides were individual portions. Paid $30 and the whole thing was messed up. Staff said they were not making anymore extra crispy chicken at 4 pm on a Saturday. Will not be going back. This KFC used to be one of the best in Michigan. Far cry from that now.

I went to pick up an order. I had put in ahead of time and wasn’t able to pick it up right away because they had told me that the lobby was closed but hadn’t locked the doors and I had walked in then they wanted me to go out and get in the line of seven vehicles instead of handing me my food before having me leave luckily after me mentioning that I would like my food done in there, and I had already paid for it They finally handed it to me after 15 minutes of me being in the lobby As far as I can tell, it’s obvious to me they are not prioritizing what they should be and are not managing their time. Well, nor did they seem very professional with dealing with me as a customer when I first walked in.

I’d placed an online order for a k f c bowl combo.And when I went to retrieve it, the dining area in the front counter was locked.So I had to go through drive through. Apparently, the store I visited didn’t have enough help to open the front counter that day!

So i was really wanting to eat kfc today i got there ordered the 4 pc chicken tenders and daaaamn did i get a surprise when i got the box and started to eat, should be advertised as tender bites same as the bisquit you can see the size of the tenders comoared to the sauce they are tiny and the bisquit was not much bigger than the sauce i get inflation and prices going up but at leaaast keep portions at a good size.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this KFC and it has improved! Has the $7 fill up. Plenty of food, excellent presentation, and the food was very good. Chicken was crispy outside and firm and juicy inside. Biscuits were warm and soft, mashed potatoes were excellent as always. The surprise was the little dessert pies.
The inside has been remodeled and now you can self serve your soda pop. The only negative is they focus so much on drive they & online / uber eats that walk in customers get the short stick. It didn’t take long and the staff was pleasant.

The food is great and satisfying (most times) but the service is slow. Prepare to wait in line for awhile whether you’re inside or at the drive through.

Would be a five star but here is why. We ate there a couple of days ago and the food was good. We decided to try it again and I asked if there was honey in the bag and they said yes. Well they were right there was honey in there BUT NO BISCUIT. Wondering what I’m supposed to put that on? They did give us a cookie though. Looked at the receipt and we are supposed to get a biscuit AND a cookie. So we lost out on a cookie the last time we were there.
