Absolutely crap quality food. Got nuggets full of gristle. And gave me a tiny little piece and counted it as one of my 8 pieces. The biscuit was smashed in the box. The pie bites were cold and tasted old. And the fries were green ?? Why??

The service was excellent, but if I could give The Food Azero stars, I would first they didn’t even ask me if I wanted original or crisp before my family meal. The original chicken was so greasy. The skin wasn’t even cooked on it for the price I paid of almost 50 bucks to feed my family. It should’ve been way better than that. You can tell that they cook chicken and let it hold because they don’t wanna waste. I’m sorry, but that was my last time coming good service nasty food. Disgusting either the crispy is too hard or the original It’s just Ollie and slimy. Don’t recommend you going.

Everytime I have went to this location it has been disappointing each time. The consistency is awful, each time they are out of something that you would expect a chicken place to have like cole slaw, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and even chicken! This most recent trip had them being out of popcorn chicken so we got a 4.99 meal deal. It had a drum stick the size of a Chicken wing and they forgot most of the sauces. It is safe to assume that the once proud establishment that used to serve good chicken at good prices no longer has the Colonels secret of good chicken.

Food was great as I haven’t ate at KFC in years.my fiance and I had chicken bowls and they were awesome.Remember the Cole slaw was always my favorite and they didn’t dissapoint.I will return employees were assertive and friendly. If there was one thing I would want to see improved is the quickness of service. A little slow but we’ll worth the 5 stars.we have returned 3 times and wow food is always fresh and tasty. And employees go above and beyond.My wife orders ice tea to drink and realized they don’t carry packs of sugar.

Never again. The chicken strips were dried out and hard. Couldn’t get extra crispy. Didn’t have any coleslaw at all. Mashed potatoes were dry and lumpy. Pepsi was flat and no ice. Everything we ordered was horrible. I went through drive through and had to pull ahead to wait for meals and I wait 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Every time I’ve gone there in the past 8 months I’ve been highly disappointed. The only reason I’ve given 1 star is because the staff understood may disappointment and were friendly and apologetic.

Kentucky Fried Chicken aka KFC is a global fast food chain yeah you know what it is. The East Michigan Avenue location is one of two in Jackson.
Even as fast food goes KFC is not as good as Popeyes or Jollibee.
