I stopped coming here because the service and food is horrible. Gave it another chance and was burned again, food was cold chicken was salty and soggy smh the buns were hard and the biscuits underdone. To make it worse no one was in line. We didnt even finish our food threw it away. The service in the drive through is always bad not professional and they hardly say a word to you. KFC yall need to do better!

Not a great experience at this kfc. Ordered at the drive-thru, got home, and noticed that the chicken was very overcooked. Dry and unedible. We had to drive back up to get fresher batch of chicken, which was better, but still a little bit dry. The staff were very pleasant. Parking lot was riddled with potholes and trash.

I’ve been to this KFC before and had a good experience. However this time was different. I ordered and the person taking my order sounded irritated. Then when at the window, they told me to pull forward to wait for my food. Almost 30 minutes later, and after I called the store, I finally got my food. My food was cold and didn’t taste good at all.

The majority of the time I go there there’s some sort of problem. Not enough spices on the food one time, the next time they forget one of my pieces of chicken, the next time they’re out of chicken, next time I get a chicken thigh the size of a wing. They are usually pretty friendly at the window though.

Used the driver thru, waited for about 5-6 minutes behind one vehicle in line that apparently had been waiting for a while. I left after they still hadn’t helped the person in front of me.
