This KFC is pretty well maintained and cleaner than most. The food was hot and fresh. The wait was minimal for the number of vehicles in the drive thru. The employees were warm and polite. Our order was missing a couple of chicken tenders, but a quick call to the manager and a return trip to the store we had our tenders. The manager seemed to genuinely care about it and handled the issue quickly and effectively.

My chicken tenders were tiny, dry and almost as hard as a rock. I spent almost 20 dollars for trash. Cashier was nice. I barely even eat meat and was excited to tear it up and indulge. I hate that mirror in the drive through window too. Gives me the creeps. Get it together KFC!!!

Tried KFC recently and the wings were definitely not the usual recipe — they were spicy as hell. They tasted good at first, but my stomach was hurting for a week afterward. The fries were stale too, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was great and the staff were really friendly, but the food itself missed the mark this time.

They need to take that mirror tint off the windows. I like to watch the person that has my debit or credit card. What purpose do you need a mirror tint regular tint is fine for the sun.

Went for the Long John Silvers. It’s a combo chain.
Food was cooked good and tasted good and fresh.
Was a little taken back due to the limited LJS menu selections. Not sure if it’s because it’s a shared board or what.
Usually get the combo with 3 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of fish, but had to create my own to get it.
Seems that all fast food across the board have gone to smaller portions and a raised price.
Not just picking on this place because of it, probably just the world we live in these days.

Everytime we come here, they say they are closing the lobby even though it’s not 10. The front counter workers are rude, and the last woman just threw our to go bag on the counter without looking at us. Everything tastes old. Never again.

The MLK location is by far the worst KFC in Lansing. Each time I visit the service is slow, workers have a attitude as if WE the customer asked them to work there, and they always run out of food, in the middle of the afternoon! Same yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

It’s under New Management!!! The lady is so nice. They were so efficient and her crew were kids. That store has turned around and made it awesome since my last trip to this location. She went above and beyond!!!! I LOVE IT AND WILL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN JUST TO VISIT THAT LOCATION. THANK YOU!!!
