Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The entire staff is rude, especially the female manager. They gave me the wrong food and when I went back inside to get the correct items, both the cashier and the manager acted like it was coming out of their paycheck to give me what I actually ordered. I even brought back the incorrect food items to be swapped out. On top of that they were playing explicit music blaring the N word with children and families dining inside. Whoever owns this KFC should know what’s going on when they’re not there…

Very RUDE cashier at the window! She got my order mixed up with someone else’s and still charged me for their order and when I said something, she hollered to someone else that she had ” another one complaining.” Not a friendly greeting at all and definitely not a THANK YOU! We ordered drinks.

Food was as expected, good. Someone needs ro talk to staff about paying more attention to customers eating in especially and less to talking among themselves so much. And tables need to be wiped regularly. We ate in but did not find a table that looked clean. We ended up sitting at a table with a sticky spot which we didn’t notice till we sat down.
