The spicy hot wings at this location was really good and not really hard like really hard hard crispy to point where it cut your gums. I don’t know if they’re double frying it or what but when I first started getting them, they were softer they were more flavorful, and this is the second time that they were dried out hard and barely any meat on them for a 14 bucks with no sides. That’s not a good deal. I did have an issue about it the same thing it’s about two weeks ago. It was rectified, but I see that it wasn’t just that team that night is something different going on and I come up there just for them hot wings cause it’s the only hot spicy fried chicken in the whole hood neighborhood should I say coleslaw and mashed potatoes? I can’t about 20 something dollars just for my just remind me or only without a drink filled with my drink pan and my other partner was there. They only had a $10 meal you know but with that price I should be able to have chocolate line food, especially my spicy hot wings the spicy hard rings is what they are for the moment and we can get together please with the managers was very nice. I didn’t even cause a ref reference about today not just because I didn’t spend my money but because I just didn’t feel up true the cat and mouse are back-and-forth today I brought my food home though and then we usually eat and we are regulars and usually we have a very good experience. Usually even today we had a new girl he wasn’t. You know she did a real good job new lady and a man came out to see what was wrong and he had just ordered two legs and a thigh. They gave him two thighs which wasn’t a big deal and they handed him his own leg and we offered to give the other food back, but they said they couldn’t take it back so that was a very nice thing to do because they could’ve said well. It came out that way and that way you ordered it, but it was on the receipt so she didn’t even check the receipt she just went ahead and took care of the manager. Thank you very much. Oh there’ll be real good in about an hour when I’m hungry again I wanna post a picture of them home on my couch to get ready to get up now so I can get some type of food temperature. I ordered the 10-piece chicken tenders and the bucket of fries and they did not disappoint with the queso cheese that came with the fries was also delicious the chicken. I didn’t even get a chance to try the other sauces because the chicken tenders were so good dipped in the queso

So we order our food was assured everything was fresh it wasn’t called had a good kid going to fix the problem then some sassy big mouth little girl gets on the phone with a shifty tone in her voice trying to agitate me so she could hang up on it worked! She pissed me off & she thinks it is over but it isn’t coming for your job little girl & yeah I got the food & the pics of it that as a manager you let out the door to your customers UNACCEPTABLE & YOU GONNA LEARN TODAY! 10/11/25 at 7pm manger .

Food is good but they forget literally everythingggg and I mean everything. We ordered large drinks and received smalls. They forgot our sides as well. We recieved a 25% return off our $30 order which is roughly $7. When we go to order our drinks and sides again nothing extra it’s $20 for it to be delivered. Beyond disappointed that I spent $50 on a meal for two didn’t receive stuff and didn’t even get proper compensation… genuinely why has kfc gone so down hill.

Horrible experience. We were 20 miles from home tired. Stopped to get dinner for home. Ordered $20 fill up original recipe. We get home find two biscuits, supposed to be 4. 1 mashed potatoe, supposed to be two. The coleslaw was barely big enough for one. We added a cake and coleslaw. Paid over $30 and didn’t get what we were supposed to!!! We got ripped off!!!

I visited this location on Monday January 13, 2025. I got a small bucket of original all dark. A big side of potato’s and gravy. I ate around 1 pm. And around 4 I was throwing up and I became so weak I could barely walk. I GOT A BAD BATCH OF CHICKEN OR POTATOES. I had not eat one thing since the night before. KFC has been my favorite for years but now I’m even afraid to think about it.

Had a mobile order. Got home and realized they forgot the most important part—those glorious biscuits! Naturally, I had to go back. When I got there, the kind young man at the counter gave me an apologetic smile and tossed in two extra biscuits for my trouble.
