Lady taking our order was extremely rude. Informed us right away that they close in 10 mins when they door stated it was open for another hour. We could tell right away that they did not want us there. We tried to order, but was told they are not making anymore of that item, yet if we went through the drive through we could get it. Very unhappy with the service. Would not recommend.

Stopped to pick up a 8 piece meal, lady complaining she doesn’t have enough to fill the order of original style, settled for two extra crispy pieces, without a complaint from me, then she is complaining about my order, mind you it’s after 4:30pm with dinner rush coming. I rated 5 stars for my visit tonight because ive been on the road for awhile and they had the lobby closed and allowed me to come in to purchase inside since I was hauling my horse in the trailer and it’s hard to get that through the drive thru! I appreciate the night crew for Sunday August 21st 2022. They were very understanding and I appreciate that they allowed me to come in to order rather then starving until we made it home.

Had lunch, visited thru the drive thru. Many options to choose from this location also serves taco bell entrees. Staff were friendly , food was hot . Served in about 5 minutes from ordering to receiving. Not too busy at 2pm.

Normally this is a decent fast food spot. Tonight they were busy but that shouldn’t excuse the attitude from the employee running the drive thru (8:30pm) she was extremely short and grouchy. The lemonade was very watered-down too. Food was hot and seemed fresh.

Horrible service twice in the last month first incident I ordered extra biscuits so I wanted honey to go with them so I asked for extra honey and side of mac and cheese get home and find one packet of honey for 6 biscuits and was missing my side of mac and cheese, then last night I decided to give this location another chance so I ordered 2 three piece tenders and 1 four piece tender combo and extra biscuits with honey and 2 sides of mac and cheese. The cashier tells me there’s a 2 minute wait on mac and cheese I said that’s fine paid for my order and was asked to pull ahead and wait for mac and cheese which I already knew. So I pulled forward waited 25 minutes b4 tget came out with my food. I asked if it was all there and she was sure she said yes. I said thank u and drove home . On my way home my fiance checked the bag and we were missing the honey that I specifically asked extra of and the food was already cold not to mention the fries were gross. And I’m done.
