I ordered my meal on the app. I went to drive thru to pick it up, unsure if I would be able to. They said it was fine, to give them a few minutes to complete the order. During my 10 minute drive home, I ate one of the snackers and it wasn’t even warm. Upon arriving home, I realized none of my chicken tender sauces were included. Additionally, the chicken tasted off. I ordered extra crispy chicken and it barely had a crunch. This is probably the worst fried chicken I’ve had. Such a waste of $40.

The new coconut shrimp is absolutely DELICIOUS. It takes like a sweet candy treat, it is so good.
The classic KFC menu is always a tried and true, especially with the new addition of the spicy Mac and cheese bowl.
However, the real star of the show was Lulu, who was working the window when we arrived. She was so personable and friendly. We truly enjoyed our interaction with her.

Chicken pot pies had chunks of chicken with old soggy skin with breading still on them and also some breaded skin mixed in the pie. Def not appealing. Staff are great and all other food has been ok

I went through the drive-through. The person that took my order collected my money and gave me my food was very pleasant and friendly.

Rudest woman behind the counter. Receipt says name is Grogu. Older woman with half pink hair. When trying to order she kept rudely cutting us off with a terrible attitude as she was forcefully punching our order into the system. The tone of her voice was clearly stating that the last thing she wanted to do was help us. When done ordering, my husband and I just looked at each other like, what the hell?! It was pretty outrageous and needless to say we will not be returning during our week vacation here.

This is an absolutely fantastic fast food joint. We visited about 6 times this summer and every single time our experience was nothing short of awesome.
Food is always good and hot. Order is always 100% correct (we add and sub a lot), staff is quick, friendly and makes sure your order is correct before pulling to window. We order sauces and they are always correct. We are always given a good amount of napkins, too.
We added a biscuit today and received butter and honey for it despite not even requesting it.
These good folks go above and beyond. Stop by and give them your business.
