I’m a former cook of 12 years at the KFC in my home town and I must say that the food was amazing. I believe the cooks name was Corey, phenomenal job on your cooking son.
Front counter was Mason if I remember correctly. She did an awesome job helping me while I ordered and for putting up with my goofy self. I will definitely be coming back even though it over an hour drive from me. Saginaw KFC was a disappointment along with birch run location. Undercooked chicken is not appealing, lol. This location in Midland was by far the best. Keep up the good work crew.

Placed an online order for pick-up. Was shorted 2 coleslaw and I should have looked to make sure because kids can’t count today. Anyway called and said no refund on the two missed dishes and I’d have to drive back down there. Nope. She argued with me saying I know it was filled right. Long story short double check you orders here. I won’t have to anymore because I won’t be going back. Meal was sub par for $45 and that was with the 12pc bucket half off.

If I could give the service no stars I would. “Manager” was argumentative, rude, and hostile towards me when I called to report missing items from my $45.00 meal. Maybe they should teach people how to count during orientation. The chicken, if you can call it that, left a strange film on the roof of my mouth and was soggy. Needless to say I will never spend my hard earned money there again.

The chicken was very dry. Way to much coating on the original and extra Krispy. The price has went up to $33 for an 8 piece bucket with 2 sides. To expensive for bad food

The extra crispy is extra soggy. The mash potatoes feel like they are not made with real potatoes. The gravy is bland.

They seem to not care very much about the food they send out my chicken was extra crispy covered in this brown liquid that made it soggy. I asked for original and got extra crispy again not the first time. There was a bunch of liquid on the bottom of my bucket. I took pictures of it I’m trying to call, but for some reason they don’t answer their phones. It’s been two days. And I don’t feel like I should have to waste four dollars in gas just to go figure out why they messed up my order again.

Very good, quick! Clean inside, & repainted/ revamped outside. Drive thru is quick, even at lunch rush. Sometimes traffic sucks though. I got it Famous Bowl, $5 fill up style. It was definitely worth my money.

I went to the kfc in Midland on Saginaw Street to get the new chicken sandwich. I asked them what the difference was between regular and spicy and said that the mayo was just hot. After a LONG wait I got my order and drove to a medical appointment for a family member, bit into something that had so much orange / yellow cheese looking stuff all over it completely soaking the bread. I called and just rang and rang with no answer, upon driving back they did not have any regular ones to replace mine with. I then asked the drive through girl why there was also white mayo on the bottom under the pickles and she stated they probably went to make a regular and forgot. I NEVER WANT KFC EVER AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN’T AS WELL AT LEAST FROM THIS LOCATION . . .
