Did a mobile order and everything was correct on receipt. Got home and they did not include any of the sauces or honey packet. Ordered a diet Pepsi and lemonade and recieved a Dr. Pepper and Sprite instead. Can’t drink either due to the sugar content.

The grossest chicken I have ever had. Soggy, dry. Must have cooked it in old grease. I’ve worked in food service for many years and I know what old grease is. Threw it all in the trash. How disgusting!!!! Didn’t give me my gravy for mashed potatoes. Shorted 1 biscuit, but they suck anyway, will never go back to that location. The best kfc we’ve found is on gratiot. To be fair never been to the on on state and center. This location needs to be put out of its misery!!!! Oh and will not answer the phone. So take my money and not be held accountable for nasty rotten food. Unbelievable but it’s true . Went to state and center to get an original chicken breast and it was was wonderful. Moist and juicy. Bay road location hang it up.

Never going back to this KFC. The tenders were supper thin and as hard as rubber. The rest of the meal was also very bad. You could tell they were over a day old and we could not eat them. Definitely not worth $30.

I was overcharged $20+ on my card. The worker at the restaurant had me pull ahead to wait on food but never gave me a receipt. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich (did not get the correct sandwich), 2 orders of nuggets (did not get my sauce), a large cole slaw, large Mac and cheese and a bucket beverage. It should have been about $32 but my card was charged $59. I called KFC corporate but I have yet to receive any news from them about the incident. Very disappointed and probably will never eat there again.

I went to the restaurant and ask for 10-piece extra crispy dark meat. They said they didn’t have enough ready and I would have to wait 16 minutes. I said that would be fine as I would enjoy having fresh chicken.

I’ve been in the food industry for over 20 years, and I’ve never wrote or complained about my food. This KFC is going down hill. I used to get great food and service up into two years ago when they didnt didn’t have chicken ready. I was in no rush, so I asked them how long. They told me 25 minutes. Well 45 minutes went by and I asked them again how much longer. Again they told me 25 minutes. I sat down and waited a additional 25 minutes. I actually put a timer on my phone just to make sure it was 25 minutes. When the buzzer went off, I walked to the counter and asked if the food was ready. They told me 15 more minutes. At this point I just asked for my money back. Bad experience happen every once on a while, and I was understanding. Today, I went through the drive thru approximately around 830. They asked me to pull up by the trash can. 15 minutes went by, no big deal. A few minutes later they approached my car with food. I checked to make sure the food was correct. It was not. They gave me coleslaw instead of macaroni. Not a big deal. Went in and they corrected the issue. My mistake was not checking how the food looked until I got home. The chicken was brunt. It seemed like they dropped old chicken in the fryer to make it warm. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Like I was banging them against a table and it didn’t even break. I tried to call the store afterwards, and no one picked up. I don’t want anything for free, but I did just waste $32 on inedible food. I am using this post make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I told my wife I will never visit this location again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I tried to give this place a chance over and over but I’m done the Cashier Nasir don’t know what he is doing he tried to pocket some money I’m guessing he didn’t think I was gonna count my money but I DID! Food is always rough to swallow cold they never get it right I always have to turn around or check my bag than it takes them 30 mins to fix it… one time they had me pull up and I waited 20 mins and I noticed everyone else was getting food but me so I went back in the drive thru, they gave the car in front of me my food but the car gave it back to them since it was wrong they proceeded to hand me the same bag they let them run their fingers in I told them remake my food. If you go here expect very low quality of food, if you get the chicken sandwich they will give you 2 tenders instead and put it on the bun, cold sides and they will try to pocket your money if you give them cash!! They also charged my sister card for 30 extra dollars and she was the only person in line that’s FRAUDDDD!!! Bunch of kids that work here and the management have to suck to let this go on just ride past lll rather starve then eat here ever again!!!!

This specific KFC is the worst ever. A year or so ago we went there and the chicken was literally soggy. It was so dark I don’t think the oil had been changed in 6 months. I worked at a KFC when I was younger for a few years, so I know the chicken was soggy from sitting under the heat lamps too long. They gave us 1 napkin for 3 orders and forget abiscuit. We went there again today. Anyone deserves a second chance. I ordered white meat, they gave me dark. They only filled my pop up 3/4 of the way. The chicken was once again dark and sogg. The insides of the biscuits were doughy and undercooked and when you tried to eat the Cole slaw, the liquid was strngy and woukd hang off your fork. Which tells me they didn’t throw away the old cole slaw. The place iworthless. s.
