Got my whole order wrong and missing item. The chicken leg looked like someone bite off it and the chicken looked soggy and dry. This my second time coming here and the first time food was dry and old. Went to the location on Dort Hwy and the food was good fresh very fast correct order nice and friendly service

The food is sub par, even for KFC. The elderly white lady at the drive thru has an attitude and probably should not be in any sort of customer facing position. They are also extremely slow.

Worst KFC never has any chicken done. Waited inside for 20 minutes to order. They waited on the drive through the whole time and didn’t take any inside orders. When they finally did they said it would be 30 minutes for chicken. Why were you not making any while filling the drive through orders. Will never go back.

They could’ve stayed closed for this skinless chicken. I was disappointed I spent $30 on the family box. They could’ve at least hid those pieces on the bottom lol. It’s not even visually appealing. The lady at the window was nice.

Food is usually always good once I actually receive it. My order is usually a chicken sandwich or two.
Typically I’ll order food around 11/1130. Service is always very slow, they’ve had a late start, they’re out of chicken, or they didn’t get my online order. It’s always Worst KFC in Flint area by far. I don’t even blame the employees they probably don’t get paid enough to care, whoever owns this store should be embarrassed.

I walked in because the drive thru was a little busy and when I went in the gentleman told me that they were only taking drive thru orders because his manager was not there to run the in side register. So I proceeded to go through the drive thru and the service was still extremely slow. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to even get my food. They need more employees to run the drive thru and the inside. This business needs Help.

I forgot all about my initial review. I won’t be back to this location. Visited twice recently and it took a minute to even be acknowledged though workers looked directly at me. They always seem to be in a state of chaos.
I ordered a 10 piece bucket of legs and thighs and they buried a breast at the bottom. Annoying

Was told to pull over to wait for my meal. I was waiting quite a while when someone came out to ask me what my order was. I didn’t receive my drink with the order so as they went back to get my drink, I realized that they gave me the wrong order. Tired of the situation, I kept the wrong meal but I will not be back anytime soon.

My card got double billed. Talked to the employee twice and different other employees and was told I needed to talk to the district manager. She said their was nothing she could do that I have to dispute it with my bank. You still money from me and I have to dispute it with my bank. I have cash app. Not a bank I can just walk into a show the proof to a live person. I’ll never use my card their again

We have been getting the $5 meal box … We went today July 31, 18 … I am posting pictures of our meal … Chicken cooked to the bone yet still juicy … All food was temperature hot … the box we get is 1 breast, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuit, chocolate chip cookies and a drink … For a limited time only you get a breast and a wing for the $5 box … Really good deal very filling too ..
