Burnt chicken. Took back got burnt chicken again. Mashed potatoes were not even mixed. This is the worst kfc ever. Black chicken with so much grease yuck. Taking it back again at this point just want a refund. Refund was refused. They are in the process of changing the oil since new manager took over weeks ago. That’s literally what they said. Oil hasn’t been changed. Gross and disgusting. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets sick.

Excellent staff. Two people in front of us were having issues for some reason. Sounds like she missed giving them a pot pie and she offered to get the pot pie plus and extra and the people were giving her trouble. The amount they make isn’t worth that hassle. They should be making 20 an hour minimum for all they are doing. We had a $50 order and not a single issue. Also gave us Two large water while we waited for it.

Ordered chicken from the Belsay rd KFC and my daughter went to eat her chicken and a long piece of black hair was cooked right into the breading we all lost our appetite and threw the food out immediately and the Manager offers two pieces of chicken as a replacement. I sure as heck ain’t testing the other food after seeing that and KFC corporate if your seeing this, this is how a manager of your Restaurant handles a health violation that’s the quality you want running your Restaurant. But trust me I will be turning this establishment into the health department and guarantee they will find other health violations on top of this. Hopefully it gets shut down until this stuff is corrected definitely stay away from this location.

Went to get dinner and the drive thru was 10 cars deep. Ordered 2 Cole slaw, got home and I had 2 mashed potatoes. Not the first time. They had the doors locked so no one could go in the building to eat or order. Food is always a bit iffy. Very slow and they don’t seem to care. Occasionally you get a happy person helping.. but not usually. I would try a different location if you are able to.

The manager they are on duty, stated that since they didn’t have business the day before Thanksgiving means they only gonna serve a certain amount of product. I don’t know how this is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken in the land! I asked for two legs extra crispy. They never have extra crispy ever! I’m not that hard to please so original is okay. I got my food and had one leg and a thigh. Mashed potatoes with a drizzle of gravy. I wish there was a zero star that I could push. Because I cannot stress enough that this is not only the worst but the slowest Kentucky Fried Chicken. I won’t be going back.

Just there to pick up some chicken, the wait was taking a little bit as I got a lot. The big highlight was the young lady waiting the window, she was very polite and we talked a little bit while we waited for the food to be finished. Decided on having KFC for dinner tonight. I ordered my food through the drive-thru and the gentleman taking my order was really nice as I was waiting for my food. The guy who took my order at the window. Kevin was not only very polite but he checked everything in my bag to make sure I got everything I ordered And to make sure that I was getting the sauces I wanted for my chicken tenders… Oh also the food was really good

Stoped at KFC Drive thru Bristol Rd Burton, MI ordered 8 pc bucket of chicken with 2 sides mash potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. Was told to pull forward as they were packing up our order and would bring it right out. No one in the drive through behind us, so we didn’t understand, why were we told to pull ahead, but we pulled ahead. After waiting 15 min in the car, went inside to hear people complaining about the long wait.
We asked for a refund and was told we don’t give refunds, you’ll just have to wait. The inside had several people waiting and several people waiting in cars in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. Another 15 min or so before our food was ready. When we got home the food was correct and hot. Our complaint was when we ordered we should have been told it would have been a 30+ minute wait as there was customers ahead of us. So we could have made the decision to wait or leave. People have things to do. Just be honest with your customers. When we place an order tell us there is a 30 minute wait, so it’s our decision to wait, not forced into it.
