This is now my favourite KFC and I live nowhere near it. The service is great, the food is consistant, and the honey barbeque wings keep bringing me back. It is clean, the tables are not sticky, the pop is fresh(because workers at other facilities seem to never know how to keep their fountain drink machines clean or properly carbonated and it shows, which is why this must be mentioned), and the workers have yet to be unpleasant.
The images provided are from different batches on different days. You can clearly see why they obtain my loyalty.

i’m not sure what happened with KFC today. But then again I’ve never ordered their chicken nuggets or their potato wedges. I usually get bucket of chicken in the sides to go with it in the biscuits but today I redeemed some rewards and got a big box meal. The chicken sandwich was OK but had way too much pepper on it and I like my pepper but not like this.
The chicken nuggets are small and dry. The potato wedges are hard and rubbery. That’s the best way I can describe it. See pictures I put a quarter in a penny in there so you could compare the size of the nugget to the size of a penny and a quarter . I think I’d be best off just sticking to regular chicken and the sides.
Do better KFC do better. I never would’ve sent something like this out to a customer.

I came here during a snowstorm during January 25th, 2026 and was just thoroughly impressed with the entire team.
I didn’t even know if they would be open given the weather, but they managed nicely. I had a pick up order that was scheduled for 11 and it was ready shortly after I walked in
Alex was extremely helpful in making sure my kind of confusing order got taken care of. He’s one of the nicest and most active employees I’ve had the chance to work with at a KFC.
My food was awesome. My broasted potatoes were well seasoned and my chicken was fairly crispy and not greasy.
I’ll be back and I just wanted to point out the amazing team here that worked through conditions many others wouldn’t.

Not sure why I keep trying. Door dashed a Bowl, Pot Pie and tried the new Mashed Potato Poppers. Well, my Pot Pie ended up being a sandwich with so much mayo on it that I had to scrape it off. The Poppers were pretty much deep fried hollow pockets and the Bowl had an unidentifiable chunky white thing in it. Ended up tossing 85% of the inedible food. Good job, KFC.

Horrible management and restaurant. Got my order wrong and missed half of the order with no sides. Called them to ask about it and insisted on telling me it’s in the bag with no course to correct THEIR mistake. Never coming here again.
The receipt says “packed and double checked” by blank. Clearly nobody checks anything. If there’s one thing they do right, it’s how to lose customers.

Got our order completely wrong, we grabbed it in passing for our family dinner as we dont have a kfc near us. Main entree and most sides were completely wrong. The chicken was old and super greasy. Was not worth driving back for sub par food again. The staff was unprofessional and using racial slurs and vulgar language. Will be returning, ever.

Stopped in for lunch earlier today about 3pm I ordered the 3 pc chicken strip meal and the chicken was undercooked. I said something the the lady behind the counter and she just walked away. My husband got original chicken , the food had absolutely no flavor, seemed like no seasoning, it definitely wasn’t the norm for KFC, we both ended up throwing our meals in the trash ( a total waste of $21) and went someplace else to eat. Lack of concern by staff, tables were all dirty we had to wipe down a table to sit and eat. Kfc is my favorite chicken place but after today I’m starting to think differently. Staff was not friendly at all. Don’t think we will be back, I only had a few bites when I realized it was raw but it was enough to send me to the bathroom the rest of the day, my stomach has been off since I left. It was the only thing I had eaten since yesterday so I know it was the chicken. Somebody needs to take better pride and they need to have people who are friendly and act like they wanna be there, we just felt like we we only inconveniencing them by being there.

So I go in the store only because their drive-thru is 8’6 so a normal work van won’t fit in there no big deal there’s someone running the drive-thru and three people making stuff Sat there for 10 minutes three of them stared right at me at least five times but apparently the incompetence is second to none not even acknowledgment just peek at me and dont say hello don’t do anything I realize it’s super super difficult to walk away from one simple task and multitask I mean I know that’s a lot to ask but somebody needs to teach these incompetent people what it means to be a good employee a happy worker not rude ignorant overpaid Yes overpaid for doing zero

I was really impressed how clean the place is, even wasn’t busy.

I entered the restaurant with some joyous Holiday music and ordered via the kiosk.
The kiosk was easy to use. It needed either a reboot or possibly faster internet connection as it lagged between screens. This didn’t effect my experience though.
I ordered the KFC Classic Bowl with a soft drink. Literally, as I’m putting my debit card in my wallet, an employee is handing me my cup. As I was saying thank you, another employee was handing me my KFC Bowl. Talk about fast and friendly service!
After I filled my drink, I sat down in the lobby. The drink station was clean, organized, and well stocked. The lobby was clean and no visible signs of trash laying around. Every table and seat were clean.
The KFC Classic Bowl was hot and fresh! It has been a super long time since I last had one. I’m glad that this location knows how to make them right!
I highly recommend this location to anyone needing some great service with some amazing food!
