I went to this location today to purchase lunch and the service was HORRIBLE. I went to the counter to place my order and was told I have to use the kiosk I couldn’t place my order at the window. After I placed my order at the kiosk, I went to the counter and the manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. As I was trying to ask a question about my food, she turned the speaker off and walked away from me. She turned and said ” Don’t you see I’m busy” as I tried to get her attention to ask a question about the food I purchased, she waved me off. She came back and asked if I paid and I told her yes and she continued to walk away from the window. I asked for a refund, and I was informed they can’t give me a refund. She continued to walk away from the window never acknowledging me or my concern. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund as she pushed my food to me. I got home and not only was My food OLD and COLD, they gave me original instead of spicy, they forgot my chicken pot pie and my chicken had feathers on it. This location needs to do better with the service and food especially when people are spending there money.

The chicken was very salty and the wedges were soggy. I had to guess to place my order at the kiosk. The sitting area needed to be cleaned. The best thing was the pop and that the food came fast.

Spicy chicken was very very greasy like it was old chicken dropped in grease again to warm it up. Mash potatoes & biscuit was fresh but not worth your time or money, so sad that a company & employees would take anybody money. I tried calling but no one answered

Store is allowing walk, yet telling customers they are not open. And have a baby child sitting right out the area where their cooking in a baby sit. Totally unprofessional I understand..yet the child safety and customer service is important

They get no stars .. they never have receipt !!! Then ask why i need one.. it’s only 6 dollars… these kids these days .. had to explain to her I use my receipt for my business.. smh .. Chicken was old . Mash potatoes was too thick and bread was old and hard.. I don’t know why I went there in the first place. I knew better I been stop going to KFC especially that one .. Food was nasty !!! Never no more . I don’t even want to give any stars but I guess in order to post I have to give at one star ..

I am new to Detroit and I went here last week and it smells bad!!! I ordered large mash potatoes and large corn and 6 biscuits. ALL OF THE FOOD WAS OLD!!!!!! IT was Half full and old! The biscuits were old and crumbling apart. This was a $20 lesson I will never have to learn again!!!! They’re always empty and now I know why This place should be shut DOWN!

Just went through the drive thru and the female employee on the window had a very nasty attitude. The weather is warm today so we had the windows down and had already heard her talking reckless to the customer ahead of us. Then when it was our turn we asked for a chicken sandwich with cheese. She said they don’t put cheese on that particular sandwich and I asked if they had cheese at all. She very irritatedly said “if we don’t put it on there, we don’t have it.” The point is, this woman is in a really bad mood today and does not need to deal with the public, PLEASE send her home before she ends up running more customers away. We pulled off because her attitude was awful. Her tone of voice was not acceptable for a customer service job. I hope in future trainings of employees, they will be taught how to communicate with customers in a more pleasant, professional manner. Do better KFC on 7mile and the Lodge in Detroit. ♀️
