The female employee taking the drive thru orders was rude and made ordering confusing. For example, I asked for a chicken sandwich meal large and she gave me an attitude that it doesn’t come large. That’s fine, most places offer large meals, you don’t have to act like I’m stupid for asking. Then, I wanted to just get chicken tenders on the side. The giant display said “3 or 4 piece tenders” so when I asked for a 4 piece tender I got attitude again that that size tenders wasn’t an option, but then when I tried to order the size she said she changed the sizes again. Her attitude and confusion of the menu just really took me off guard and made for an unenjoyable experience.

I used to like this KFC, but now since one customer messed up the restroom, they have closed the restrooms to the public, even if you’re eating in the restaurant. Hope nobody has and digestive problems and goes here without knowing about the restroom situation.

I paid for my food and was told it will be up in a minute. Twenty minutes pass I had to get up out of my seat and go back to the counter. No one was there for another 10 minutes. Finally someone came and was looking for my order. There was no one here at the time. All my food was cold. I asked for more hot fries and wedges and they still gave me hard cold fries. My chicken breast was half cook will all the crust off dry and cold

Ordered three piece chicken tenders meal. The tenders all three together were small enough to fit in the palm of my hand and were also distasteful to look at. I was charged $13 for a meal I did not eat. Was told by 3 people including corporate that I called that the General Manager would give me a refund. They did not give me a refund.

We went inside to order chicken for dinner. The dining room was empty.
There wasn’t an employee working the counter. I could see motion farther inside the kitchen, but I had to shout, “Yo, is anybody working here?”
That worked. I ordered an 8-piece chicken dinner and a 5-piece chicken tenders meal. $38.00!
The chicken was delicious after we finally got home with it.

I stoped and got the family dinner. When I got home we all made a plate it was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth I could not even swallow it. I started looking at it and there were quills all over will not ever get food from there again

I can’t even explain how simply horrible the service and food is. What they have done would be to long for me to tell it all. Below are pics of the old greasy food that they always serve. Dried out grease soaked into the chicken will make your stomach upset. Believe me. And when you go in they all stand around doing nothing and not addressing the issue of the food that just physically makes you sick. Just don’t go there. The pics are supposed to be their all white meat juicy popcorn chicken. As you can see it is not. Just disgusting

I went to go get a large mashed potato and Mac & cheese and they close at 9:30. We went at 9 to go get some and they told us it was closed. Not that it says that they are open till 9:30 but on there building it says they are open till 9:30. If they close at 9 they need to change that. Not good service.
