Was craving you guys went and came home there was a couple fresh chicken on top but after that. This is what our 12 piece bucket cost old chicken that was prolly left under a heating lamp and at 42$ this is unexceptable usually now days. won’t be back to that kfc

Cashier at the counter could not understand what I was trying to order when I asked for the “Tender meal”, which is clearly described on the menu that was directly behind her. After a good 45 minute wait I finally got my food just to get home and find out they gave me something completely different than what I ordered. To top it off, the food was cold and did not taste good at all. This restaurant is a joke and so many people I know have labeled it the worst of its kind anywhere in Michigan. Disgraceful.

We were just passing through Milan and went through the drive through. Ordered 2 $5 fill ups with chicken. Asked to replace potatoes with coleslaw. Had a difficult time with the drive through employee being able to hear and understand the order. When we got to the window it made perfect sense. The employee had ear buds in as well as the headset for taking orders. We received only one meal not the two we ordered. When we finally received both neither had the coleslaw we odered, no silverware or napkins. Asked for honey and butter received only honey. Employee had a bit of an attitude.

We pulled up and walked up to the door only to find it locked. The sign said drive thru open, so we got in line. When we got up to order the girl said we are only serving Taco Bell, KFC is closed. My husband says great now I’m stuck in line and can’t order, and can’t order. Why is the drive thru open sign on? She said, we’re not asked to put signs up anymore. SAY WHAT??? So she then says there’s only 1 car in front of you. So we pull up expecting the 1 car to be gone so we can leave, but no they are still waiting for their Taco Bell. My husband calls her and says could you be courteous and have the car pull up so we can leave? She huffed and said I’ll get you out of line. She went to the window and said to the lady, the man behind you is upset could you pull forward so they can leave? She did and we stopped to explain the situation to her, she was very understanding, as anyone should be. I will NEVER eat here again. I tried posting this with 0 stars, but it wouldn’t let me.

We must have came through after a bus, but I drove away from the drive-thru not even angry.
We order two $5 fill-ups. The chicken tenders were gone, there were no cookies, and either the drums or thighs were also gone. The drive-thru employee was very nice. She said we could have a free meal next time we come in.
The situation turned out for the best though because she gave us extra chicken, and the mashed potatoes were in two containers. Gave us a good laugh.

Literally everything I ordered had something wrong about it. Messed up everything, even though it was on the receipt. My boyfriend took about 5 pieces of popcorn chicken then spit one out that looked and tasted like a deep fried cookie. On top of that, it took forever to get our order even though there was only 1 person in front of us.

Staying in the Sleep Inn next door. Walked over there because I drive a truck and cannot go through the drive through. Went inside and a girl said the lobby was closed. She refused to take my order as she stood there 5 feet from me and said I could not walk through the drive through to order. After a 12 hour day I can’t get anything to eat. These folks are heartless.

Front door locked. Only drive up. Our truck and trailer could not go through drive up. I called to place an order and was informed that too short handed to place an order but not too busy to answer phone. Fast food joints put small business out of business and offer no customer service. We were self employed for years. I hope I never treated customers like this.

Lousy service, waited 4 minutes for service while cashier was counting down the drawer. Finally called for help to give my order. They brought the wrong potatoes, plus chicken was lukewarm. Never will eat here when traveling again.

Friday January 31st at 10:15a.m. I came to this place and waited for about 20mins. There was a customer in front of me that seemed to be taking a while, they drove around. I waited for another 5mins and no answer and went to window and no one was there. The vehicle that was in front of me said they waited for about 15mins then drove around and saw someone thru the window, but they were ignored. So we both decided to try to go in and order but the doors were locked! So they just lost business from at last 2 customers if not more. Not happy.
