I’m not usually one to review on a fast food chain. HOWEVER my man and I stopped at the drive thru on 10/29/2025. One good thing I can say is that the food we got was good besides the missing fries. Other then that the entire experience was AWFUL the kid ringing in orders is RUDE and IMPATIENT. You tell him what you want and as soon as you finish speaking he’s barking out your total as if you better be done ordering so I can get back on my phone. Pulled up to the window the was playing on his phone, Opened the window Barked our total at us, if a drinks and straws rudely handed to me. and watched our food get bagged it was being flung all over the place and thrown in the bag. The woman putting food together clearly was having a bad day or something because for NO REASON WHAT SO EVER looked at me like I had offended her then the kid running the window practically tossed our food at me. I seen another comment on this location that says if you hate your job find something else. I couldn’t agree more! Clearly some revamping of this location needs to happen.

Just awful. Haven’t been to a kFC in years and convinced my daughter to at least try their nuggets. Paid $10 for the 8-piece meal and drove home to find nuggets that looked literally about the size of a dime, no joke. They seemed triple fried and you couldn’t even bit into them because they were so hard and small. So gross. I wish I had taken a picture of them for throwing them in the garbage. Totally inedible food. Scraps at the bottom of a fryer??

I ordered through their mobile app for a late night dinner on 11/21 around 8pm. Once I got to the window they informed me this location no longer carries half of them items I ordered (fries, Mountain Dew cream soda, etc) because they are store specific. Then I get home and multiple items I ordered were missing all together from my bag (potato wedges, pie poppers, etc), including all the sauces I paid for. The sandwich was also plain and didn’t have mayo or pickles on it. Horrible take out experience.

Update, 11/23: Customer service team reached out to me and refunded the items I didn’t get and also added points to my account. I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for the help.

EDIT: They replaced my chicken and threw in an extra side and a few biscuits. The lady that helped was professional. It is a different place depending on who is working ORIGINAL: knowingly shorted my order before close, gave attitude when i wanted the correct order. made it sound like they were doing me a favor to give me what I ordered. Next time I will just do a charge back

Went inside yesterday to order. I wanted a two breast dinner so I had to pay extra also ordered two extra sides for someone. I was call to the counter and she threw my dinner. I call her back to ask a question to make sure I received what I ordered. She was very rude pick up my bag and dropped it back down then walked away. I was tired and wanted to go home to eat so when I did my order wasn’t right. I ordered white meat original and received all dark meat extra crispy. It was getting late so I called. No one would answer the phone so it said to leave a message and they would return my call. No one called me back and when I call it has you leave a message. So I paid extra for a dinner I didn’t receive and no one called they also did not give me a receipt. I will call corporate and complain .

Went inside to order around 1:30. Waited about 10 minutes for somebody to take my order. Short black lady with long braids takes my order and is mean for no reason. Waited another 10 minutes and heard the lady being rude to everybody in the drive thru line. Finally got my food basically thrown at me. Hopefully nobody spit in it. Would recommend the location on Plymouth because I’m never going back here.

Customer service is terrible, the cashier is usually there around the late afternoon/early evening has the worst attitude. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviewers and admit that she is a black woman (we’re all not grouchy and mean, I promise!). Seems irritated with just being there. If I hated a job that much, I would just quit. I work at a nearby hospital and I was so tired of salads from the cafeteria and really had a taste for KFC. When I came here, the service was so bad that I ended up leaving and missed my whole lunch break with the commute and waiting to be next in line just to have to say “Forget it” owners/corporate need to look into this as this is obviously not a one occurrence, judging from other reviews.

I’ve been to this location 4 times in the last month. Two trips resulted in a non purchase due to the attitude of one young lady in the drive thru, a third purchase (which this review is about) and a fourth (today). First you have one associate that is absolutely horrible for your business her attitude is careless to the point where she admitted to disliking her job and hating that she was held over passes her schedules time to a customer. I purchased 2 order of your fried pickles and I got 10 pieces despite the advertisement being for 8. I asked the attendant to return. To confirm it was two complete orders, she came back and told me they come in 5s. I drove away but that didn’t sit right with me. I googled it, it said 8. I called back and was told again they come in 5s. We’ll today I learn that was a lie because after a single purchase I received 8 this order. I feel cheated. It’s unfortunately how much business I’ve tried to give this restaurant to be met with such poor service. I won’t return to this location
