I enjoyed my service i felt at home with the great customer service how i was greeted when i walked through the door. Tyeshia was such an amazing person she was very helpful and work with a sense of urgency the food was great hot fresh the bathrooms was very clean the lobby was very clean. My studio is around the corner, I have come here three times in a pinch. Each time I am greeted with an odd jungle or “welcome to Burger King”, I have had food missing, been tiled to pull up for my missing food and the let to sit for who knows how long, eventually I just drove off. Who ever runs this place needs to rethink their career path this is most definitely not how you treat a customer! The older lady was the manager her name is brandi she was so rude!! And had on no hair net and She almost threw my food at me because I ordered a simply two piece chicken (chicken wasn’t available I was given chicken thigh and breast and all I was was a 4pc but I couldn’t get that only breast and thighs so I got a two piece) and pot pie combo? I simply came here to feed my family and she not only messed up my order but was upset that I was spending my money like it was coming out her check she needs to be fired I will continue to report this restaurant every day until she’s fired that’s so wrong how are you a shift manger and you couldn’t barely take my order and then was so frustrated with me coming in the first place! How dare you tell me I’m irritating because I ordered?? How is it my fault you ran out of chicken two hours before you closed and then gave me old food
