Good food but i did a quick pick up and still had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time. My pick up time was at 442 and we were able to leave by 515. I dont mind but it wouldve been nice if the app was accurate.

Difficult intersection to parking lot entrance to navigate. I often wonder why I’m attempting it. Only 50/50 chance drive thru has chicken ready. But sometimes, just sometimes, the chicken is ready and good. I don’t like anything else there, just the chicken, sometimes.

Yuck. Rawsonville Rd in Belleville. Sad to see the lobby, bathrooms, and work area so disgustingly dirty and sticky everywhere. When I was leaving after getting food i told the guy at the counter that it was sad to see this place so nasty becausei used to work here-he said he was the manager. The “Manager” tried blaming it on the night crew from the night before. Ha! It was 3:30 in the afternoon, there was no one else there, and three employees standing around on their phones…with the “manager”. Had to wait for the chicken so at least that was hot and fresh. I was planning to eat in and relax for a few but it was too nasty to sit down. One Pic included for example.

Jamaia was very rude. While ordering and receiving my food. Complete attitude!! Busted sauce all over the bag and food boxes. Forcefully shut the window in my face after asking for my drink and more sauce. Find a new job if you don’t like the one you have Jamaia or adjust your poor attitude. Nobody is forcing you to work in the food industry.

This KFC gives off Ohio vibes, It feels very ghetto there’s no doors you can really walk into and if you pull in you can only go through the drive-thru to get through the exit. Ordered some fries because I was hungry I did not want chicken I am allergic and I ended up eating a couple pieces of chicken and now I’m sick.
