They were only accepting cards and Apple Pay. Then weren’t very nice and I got my food with the biscuits stuffed in the box with the chicken.
**updated my overall review to 4/5 because although the presentation was not the best and the friendliness of the staff could be better. THE FOOD WAS PERFECT AND SO GOOD. That’s the overall point of my visit and it was fresh and good. Will visit again.

I went to the Kentucky fried Chicken in rawsonville and it is no good. Prices are extremely high. They had a family $20 meal for $20, but it did not have no white meat. So for $35 I believe cuz I know I paid 36 something with tax and everything you get two of everything. Two legs, two thighs, two breasts and two something else. But you’re paying $12 more for that.. they used to have specials on the window for what day you’re there but they don’t now. And then when you talk to the person on the speaker you could hardly understand them. So I got the eight-piece two of everything. Mashed potatoes were runny, macaroni and cheese was runny and the biscuits were hard. I used to love to go there. I will never go again and I recommend anyone do not go and I believe every freaking KFC is the same way. I understand times of change prices have gone up but you don’t have to make crappy food. Don’t recommend it at all. And the other thing I went by there maybe 6 months ago lights were on and everything thought the store was open and it was empty. So close your lights turn them off. I do not recommend going there

Placed online and still waited 40 minutes inside after it saying it’s ready, and once I got my food I had to point out my tenders missing and half my dipping sauce was missing. The nuggets aren’t even nuggets they where tiny bits. If you order just stick with a sandwich and even then hope it’s not just 2 strips put on a bun. Still gonna go here just not any time close to dinner. Ppl are nice tho

This was a $50 pick up order. I try to leave decent reviews, but this was too much. Mashed potatoes were a soupy mess. Gravy watered down. Chicken soggy. Had to ask for my drink because the lady behind the counter was sending me out the door without it. She got huffy and banged the cup on the counter. Worst KFC I have ever visited.

Order 3 xtra crispy wings, asked and confirmed if that option (2 extra crispy wings) was available. Got to the window on only 2 crispy wings were available…. drive guy asked if I wanted hot sauce and honey – none was in the bag so I asked can I have the hot sauce and honey offered to me… the manger says they have no hot sauce-smh… oh then they forgot my drink. I went today to pick up dinner and the staff working inside were friendly and courteous. Smiling faces, happy to help. They got me my food quickly. The staff seemed to get a long well. I love it. The only complaint…the owner should really invest in a new speaker system and headsets for the associates.Because it’s very hard for them to hear me.And me to hear them.

Was served stale fries and dried chicken during rush hour. (And they forgot part of the order, which we discovered after getting home.) How they even managed to have stale chicken is a mystery, because, again, rush hour, but the long wait time was definitely not because they were cooking the food fresh for each customer. Given the shockingly high prices they charge, that is simply egregious.

Crazy That Uber Even Sent Me Here After 10 But They Did. Get There All For The Employees To Say SOMEONE Picked It Up. SAD Cause I See Bags All On The Counter. IF Yall Go Eat The Food And Divide It Up Do It. 03/27/23 update! My adult kids just went through the drive thru to grab dinner.
1) they didn’t give us a fry we paid for.
2) they charged me $18.99 for 8 chicken tenders when their menu shows it’s $10.00. (Take a look at their tenders only pricing. It is so out of whack and doesn’t make sense at all.) ♀️
3) they refuse to answer their phone after trying at least 5 times in a row!
I’m beyond frustrated now.
I have previously had good customer service at this particular location and even had the manager on duty come to the window so I could let him know, however today I was treated extremely rude by Jamaia. Waited forever to get my order taken, get to the window, she doesn’t say anything and just takes my card, brings me back my food and shoved out the window with my card and rudely says have a nice day. I asked for our drinks and she asks what they were. I saw that our sauce in the bag was busted all up and all over our food boxes and asked for more sauce and she rolls her eyes at me and is forcing me to grab my drinks. I told her I didn’t do anything and told her she was being very rude. She walked away and forcefully shut the drive thru windows.
This was after I had a brief conversation with the person in the truck with me about killing people with kindness and with the state our country is in right now it’s hard at fast food restaurants as they are typically short staffed and people are stressed. But her attitude was beyond obnoxious and rude!!
*BONUS!! My fries were stiff as a board and almost taste like styrofoam!! ♀️
And it was so fun taking out all the food from the bag and having everything covered in KFC sauce!!
