So bad. Placed an order on the app. It said it was done so I went to pick it up. Its very slow so not sure why but I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. When I went inside a man stared at me and continued to stand around and not even greet me.. then another man asked me if I was placing and I told him I was picking up and order and then he walked away. He had a order in the drive through. But so rude he could have greeted the customer in the drive through and then at least told me if my food was done. Then another gentleman told me to give them a minute. It was such a simple order I got a famous bowl and a biscuit. Don’t now how it took 20 ish minutes to get it. The lobby was dirty. And someone how my corn was so dry. The chicken was chewy and old. I dont see how you can mess up something so simple.

I stopped by KFC today. Kobie offered great customer service. He was upbeat and courteous. I wanted a pot pie and he gave me a heads up that it would be about 12 minutes before they would be ready. I agreed to wait, so he offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. I really appreciated the great customer service and I enjoyed my fresh pot pie.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered my food at 8:47pm and the website said it would be done at 8:52pm. When I arrived around 9:05pm the doors were locked despite the restaurant closing almost an hour later at 10pm. When I went through the drive through they told me to pull up and park despite there being no cars behind me in the drive through. I finally received my food 40 minutes after it was supposed to be done and after 30 minutes of waiting around 9:35pm. The mac-n-cheese was missing and I was given the incorrect fries! I tried calling the location multiple times while in the parking lot, since I could not enter the building, and no one picked up the phone. This location should be ashamed for wasting people’s time and money.

Weird interaction at speaker, pre-ordered on the app, showed up a few minutes early. They tell us that they are already working on our order even though they can’t access the receipt, and ask us to pull forward. Our pickup time came and went, and then we were sitting for another 10-15 minutes before my husband gave up and went inside to see what the heck the deal was. They were at the door about to come out at that point. (shrug) So then we get home and I notice that my famous bowl was shorted on chicken. It’s supposed to have 5 full chicken nuggets on top, but what they did was take 2 nuggets and tear them in half. Nuggets, not chicken strips. The 5th “nugget” was a hard chunk of breading from the fryer with no chicken in it. 2 chicken nuggets and a chunk of meatless breading. Isn’t this a chicken place? The chicken is the whole point! Ugh.
Also, we were told they couldn’t print out a receipt because we were early and promised to put one in the bag. We got no receipt.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but they told me they were out of ingredients and asked me to cancel the order. If you don’t have the items, why accept the order in the first place? When I asked how to cancel it, the employee said they didn’t know how either, which was honestly shocking.
On top of that, the store felt dirty and very disorganized. Overall, a really frustrating experience and very unprofessional.

I placed an order through Uber eats and was missing a drink, the drink I did get was watered down. My co worker and I were both missing our condiments and straws, the biscuits were on the colder side and our bowls weren’t full.

Staff is very friendly food came out very fresh and hot..accommodated us when they weren’t able to give us something in our order. Definitely a great atmosphere, showroom is perfectly clean bathrooms are clean. Keep up the great work!

went to this location around 9 and the sign on the door says it’s open until 10, the lobby was locked. so i went through the drive through i ordered a chicken sandwich with potatoes. my chicken texture was very dry, hard, old tasting. the bun was stale and rough. there was one person working there looked like the manager he didn’t give me a fork for my potatoes or napkins. NEVER go here worst food experience EVER.
