Food was AMAZING. However, I came through, drive through was empty… I pull up place my order. Pull to the window, the women was very polite, took my money, got my change then nicely asks me to pull forward, “4 minute wait on fries” still no one behind me, but I pulled forward. Several cars came in and out, over 12 minutes later my order gets brought to me. Usually, go to fast food, to get FAST food. Expensive for fast food that is not fast.

1/29/26 12 pm: Ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken , I didn’t order extra crispy at all. I got home and my drumsticks were so overdone there was not any meat left. Very upsetting and not worth the $30 spent whatsoever. Won’t be going back to this location and wasting anymore money

My 85 year old mom, loves KFC, on Saturday 12/07/2024 I went to the store, went inside to pick it up, I was the only one in line. Someone in back said can someone get the customer at the counter 3 different times! But Noone came or even said anything to me. After 10 full minutes I said can some one take my order. I placed my order waiting another 10 minutes before getting the chicken. Took it to my mom’s “on the same street less then two miles ” Opened the food and found broken biscuits, and Chicken that was the worst I have ever gotten from any KFC, The breading was falling off and full of grease.

I ordered the barbecue wings they said it was gonna be a 10 minute wait I said cool no problem got home. The wings were not done. I called back and asked. Can I return them and could they give me some more the young lady who answer the phone was very rude and said we put them on an eight minute timer. The wings are done. You gotta eat them like that..I said wow you don’t have to be so rude but I’m letting you know that you can get sick from eating chicken that’s not cook completely & the rude young lady replied it’s your problem not mine.

The cashier was clueless. She didn’t give me my order for dine-in. She messed up another customer’s order completely.
The chicken was not cooked all the way through.
The mashed potatoes tasted sour.
The mac and cheese was barely warm.
I won’t be going back as this was not the first time I’ve been unhappy with them.

Waited for almost 30 mins for mobile order. Wasted my whole lunch waiting. Finally, ready, the girl doesn’t even hand it to me but puts it in the pick-up area even though I’m standing right there. Went to go sit down and saw they put the nasty floor mats on the booth seat. And I guarantee they won’t clean the seats after.
Sit down to eat and 0 napkins 0 utensils and my fries were so hard they were un edible. Thankfully they were free reward but still. I should have complained and got a fresh batch but I unfortunately wasted my whole lunch period waiting for the meal.

Someone stole our order, then had a problem with refund.It had to be through app. Online order. They had to remake food higher price, 2 dollars more. Had to pay again before refund. Got home and missing nuggets. Still no refund. Basically paid 2 times. No honey in store. Bad set up for pickup.
