I’ve had issues with the location in the past when I ordered online so I decided to order a pick up and it was completely disastrous. I pulled up at a completely empty restaurant. My order was ready according to the app. But the team member Jazz tells me she can’t find the order. They had me waiting then I went inside. She told me they didn’t receive my order. The desk was chaotic with many order tickets so girl look at 1 of 100 tickets. They were really loud and ghetto. They ran to the back left me up there waiting. After 15 mins of waiting they “magically” got my order and made it and the food wasn’t even good . Just beware the service and organizing is the worse at this place I’ve attached pictures of this chaos… Keep in mind the restaurant was empty!!!

I went to this location a few times and the food was hot and fresh. The Caucasian lady who might have been the manager was great at the drive thru. I noticed lately she hasn’t been there and things have been going downhill. They never have chicken, particularly wings. I ordered the fill up box with tenders and a 3 piece and the guy at the window was rushing me and the chicken was not cooked done. The potatoes and gravy was thick and tasted outdated. They probably giving away chicken to friends and family. I’m done eating here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I will be calling corporate, this is the second time they gave me burned Mac and cheese and it’s for my autistic daughter who is non-verbal and very specific with her food. After pulling out the burned parts she ate some of it and stopped eating abruptly. Fast forward a couple hours later and she’s throwing up all over the place and all thats coming out is water and the mac and cheese. They need to just shut this location down already.

Chicken was dry and chewy, fries were inedible and gross from nasty grease in the fryer I’m assuming. Mac n cheese was crusty and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp to long.
The only special request I made was no ice and I received ice in my drink.
Won’t be returning.

I have never been this furious with a restaurant in my life. My order took almost two full hours just to be prepared for delivery — and when it finally went out, it was completely wrong.
When I reached out to have it fixed, the staff didn’t just refuse to help — they mocked my partner, who has a serious medical condition and can’t have sugar due to diabetes. They laughed, blamed him for being diabetic, and said they didn’t care or have to do anything about it. That kind of cruelty is absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable.
Then, instead of leaving us alone, they took our phone number from DoorDash and repeatedly called us to harass us. That’s not only unprofessional — it’s a total invasion of privacy and harassment, plain and simple.
This location should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. The people working there have no decency, no respect, and no basic human compassion. What happened was cruel, unethical, and completely out of line.
KFC corporate needs to step in immediately, because no customer should ever be treated this way — ever.

Just left, Anthony was very respectful and helpful . The manager (Caucasian woman with square braids)) was unhelpful, we were 15 minutes late for a scheduled online pickup and were informed we would have to wait for our original chicken and wernt given potato wedges, when we asked about the wedges we were told there would be a wait , why isn’t the manager making sure the food was available? She had an hour to do her job and instead walked around with an attitude . Great staff , terrible management.

My husband went in there to grab his DoorDash order, and a younger black girl completely disregarded him and dealt with the woman behind him waiting in line. When he went to give his order number she shushed him and told him that she wasn’t talking to him. What makes it worse, another employee apologized for her behavior and claimed he was “used to it.” If that’s how you manage kfc, that’s disgusting. I don’t know how the food was, as he was delivering it for DoorDash, but he’ll make sure to let the costumer know where they got their food from treats their costumers/dashers in such a disgusting way around the holidays. My husband feels it was racially motivated in some way.

They tried to charge me $13 for 2 pieces of chicken coleslaw, and a pop. I will never return here again. Prices are sky high. They forgot my mashed potatoes. The chicken was more bones than meat, and the biscuit was dry. So I basically paid $10:for a pop and coleslaw. And they discontinued green beans. Not worth it. I’ll never return. Horrible
