To say worst experience ever is an understatement. Was served 12 small nuggets (photo attached )instead of 12 chicken tenders had ordered family meal for 4 people could barely serve 2. 2 orders of mashed potatoes neither came with the gravy. Went back to store to pick up missing items the lady refused to help me or give me her name, literally so upset I had to call the police over the rudest lady I’ve ever met.

This is the best KFC in the macomb county area. I see that there are several bad reviews, so maybe I have been lucky everytime, but I have been to this location several times over the years and they are always very fast. The food is always fresh and delicious and my order is always correct. They are reasonably priced compared to other fast food places. I will go out of my way to go to this location!

I see why this place has such a low score. I’ve been here twice in the last month. Both times my order was wrong. Went through the drive-thru those times. Today got 3 piece. Asked for breast, wing, and leg. Got leg and 2 thighs. Called and manager says they don’t have breast for the rest of the night. Now I’m SOL and stuck with 2 pieces of of chicken I don’t eat

Placed a mobile order and came to pick it up. There was only 1 car that came through the drive thru and no other customers but me. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. My order was already ready for me. We weren’t missing any items but the chicken tasted old.

Service is always in question as staff and management speak horribly to customer complaints when you calmly explain the problem. I’ve experienced multiple times where staff never provided a solution only escalate a discrepancy and treated me disrespectful. The issues that this location suffer from are lack of training, poor management and disregard for customer service and customer satisfaction.

We ordered online and when we got to the window nothing from are online order was available mind you we order chicken nuggets and fried chicken they they told us there was a way on the app to get a refund but they didn’t know how to do that for us then proceed to tell us to talk to an assistant on the app and would not refund us in store we had to submit are case for a refund I will never come here again they manger didn’t even come to the window to talk to us horrible customer service
