Waited 50 minutes over my pick time. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve left. Had zero food made up ready to be fulfilled. Staff is extremely slow with zero motivation, you can tell they’re miserable working there, which I don’t blame. Ownership needs to do something to motivate the employees. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like we were putting them out for ordering dinner. Awful experience. Will never be back. Shame on ownership.

Usually, the chicken is hot and fresh at this location. I’m not sure what happened today, but chicken was over cooked and hard. It look like they tried to make the original recipe, crispy. The coleslaw was old and smelled really bad. It went straight in the garbage.

They cannot handle more than like 2 customers at once. Hardly anyone here, but it took so long to get my food, I didn’t have time to get the food they forgot. Second day, it’s almost been 20 minutes and haven’t even gotten the food yet.

I have one hour break at work went for a lunch. I couldn’t believe my eyes , dirtiest restroom ever seen , floor & tables are dirty specially the Pepsi machine . Counter is not clean at all and I would never come back because that turned me off to be honest and eventually they forgot to give me fork for my coleslaw and mashed potato , no ketchup and no salt. Very bad experience

The service was terrible. They refused to give me the hamburger that was missing from my order, even though it was supposed to be in the package. I hope this doesn’t happen to them at another place, because I’m paying for it and they didn’t give me my hamburger. But, in all humility, they are working women, God bless them!

9/28/25 @1PM, Drive Thru cashier was rude and unprofessional! She said, “OH MY GOD!” over the speaker loud! I requested her to repeat the special several times because she wasn’t clear. I spoke to her manager and she was worst. Didn’t want to listen to my concerns as a customer. Please don’t go there! Employees are not trained properly!

God has been stopping by this location since 1988, ( God ) used to love KFC back then & nothing has ( God ) changed! Staff here is super welcoming & treat you like family. Place has been ( God ) remodeled, looks fantastic! New apple pies are tasty! – God

Food here tasted delicious! We opted out for the Big Box. Original sandwich sides we’re mac n cheese , Cole slaw, French n a mountain ⛰ dew mango energy drink (new item). Workers ok n service ok. Dining room closed dew to covid restrictions. We did not receive any napkins,silverware, plates, hot sauce, honey, or condiments. Fast food restaurants used to put condiments in your bag at the drive thru. Also my drink they gave me the first time ⏲ was a pespi cola….wrong. Went here for lunchtime while some of my family ❤ was visiting at hospital . Disappointed that I choose this place for lunchtime. Even though food was delicious but service could be better
