I work in town and go to KFC weekly and this past month, month and a half the quality and the service has dropped off the face of the earth. Several weeks ago, I head to the door and it’s locked. They said that they were cleaning but there weren’t any signs out on the door. That’s fine, at least they’re keeping the place clean. Next week? Same thing. Week after? I go in and they’re out of almost everything. Nothing posted. Once again, things happen with shipping I’d try again next week. Next week? Same thing. Now? I go to enter the building and the doors were locked, people lined up in the drive through. People were inside but no one said anything to the people in the drive through, no one came to the door and said they were closed, nothing posted. It seems as the management has changed and not for the better.

Have not been to KFC in many years. This location was clean and order served hot & correct! One of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Kudos to the coworkers at this location!!

Would like to leave a good review. But not gonna due to fact we got pulled forward. Waited atleast 15 mins before we had to go inside. Then waited another 5 mins in line. Just to have the little girl hand be a bag that was sitting next to her registered for god knows how long. I know that bag was there before I came inside… just not happy with the service. Specially after they waited on a van behind us.

We had to ask for our dipping sauces after I shouted excuse me for 5 minutes because everyone was in the back or on their phone. Food was good but store is nasty. Every table needs wiped down. Drink dispenser needs a wet rag.

We have quit eating out very much at all, because the prices and quality just have not been worth it for years. We are so happy to find a KFC that is not only not disgusting, but delicious and clean. The chicken tonight was the best fast food fried chicken i think I’ve ever had, and made our evening really nice. Now we know we have a local KFC worth going to and will be back once a month.

We went to KFC to grab some dinner and the food was great and the young lady who helped us was so friendly and accommodating. We ate inside last week after a Dr. apt and the same lady was there her name is Brianna and she has definitely made a positive impact on the paoli location.

Big redemption here! Ever since Taco Bell was moved to SV and this location was just left with a KFC, I must say the quality of food and management has increased a ton. On that note, Taco Bell has really improved also since it’s moved a few miles down the road! Good stuff, Colonel.
