We had to pull up and wait on our order. Fine. We waited 15 minutes before someone in the car went inside. He was told by the cashier that it’s the rule he has to bring food to the car. Ok. My uncle came back to the car we were waiting as we were waiting we saw the cashier guy give our food to another car that was waiting. My uncle say hey that’s our food cashier guy say no they ordered a box. My uncle then said, “So did we, and we have been waiting 24 mins at this point.” Wasn’t giving no napkins sauce for 20 nuggets and 4 tenders, no spoon.

Food was horrible because there is no salt and pepper in the store. Employee claimed that manager won’t order any. I won’t be back!! I tried to eat it there, but it was too plain, I had to take it home so I could put salt and pepper on it.

We have ordered delivery about 5 times now and each time the order has been messed up. This last time it wasn’t just messed up. They didn’t even send any of the stuff we ordered. We ordered 8 wraps and 4 sides along with tenders and 3 biscuits. We got 2 biscuits tenders and a famous bowl with pieces of plastic in it.

This place is very disgusting the worker that we had who took our order was very rude, the tables are very nasty and the floors look like they don’t sweep. The bathrooms look ok but the trash cans are very full and not being empty along with the floors looking very unsanitary I’m not coming back inside this restaurant it’s very disgusting!!!

Ordered an 8pc bucket online and requested white and dark meat. They gave me all thighs. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickle, they gave me two chicken littles with pickle. There were few customers in the drive up or in the lobby and most of the lobby tables were dirty with crumbs throughout the floor. Behind the counter was very dirty. As a former employee/supervisor of this location I was upset by the lack of cleanliness. It’s not hard to clean as you go especially when there is no rush. Customers shouldn’t be able to see piles and piles of dishes from the lobby with five employees on the clock, that’s laziness to me. I’ve been there a few times in the past year and haven’t had one positive experience. Hope they can improve before the competition rolls in or we’ll be down a KFC here in town.

4 of us ordered meals and only 2 were correct. Gave chicken pieces instead of tenders and wrong sides. Guy at the window was nice and gave us what we needed but what was in the bag was all wrong. Chicken was so greasy and missing half the breading.

Thank you young men Kade, Ashton, Braylin and Kievan for being so kind! The other 2 stores in Muncie are nothing like this. When I came here tonight, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I got home my sandwich was original. So I called the store, the young man on the phone was very polite and friendly. I came back to exchange it and these guys were very kind to me and much apologetic. First about the mistake and even more so about the extra wait because the sandwiches are made to order. I don’t mind waiting though. Yes I asked for names because these guys were so nice to me. They even offered an extra drink and fries. I only wanted the spicy sandwich though.
