My step son came thru the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken legs he got home and realized he had gotten 4 breast so I immediately called the store to speak to the manager B.J who was completely rude from the beginning my step son did not get a receipt for his order and had already thrown the chicken away because he does not like breast meat. The manager then informs me to replace the chicken they have to have the chicken I then explained to him that the chicken was in the trash along with dog poop cigarette butts Ii told the manager that I could get him videos and pictures of the chicken in the trash ( we have a older senior dog who has been with us for many years and is in his last days so he can’t control where he goes to the bathroom) but I was not going to stick my hand in the trash with along with dog feces I then proceeded to tell him I wanted to speak to someone above him because I have been a manager at several restaurants and k.f.c being one of those theirs no reason that my pictures and videos of the chicken in the trash wouldn’t be enough he then gets a attitude I guess because I wouldn’t dig the chicken out and proceeded to hang up on me.. Me nor my family or any of our friends will ever contribute another penny to your franchise. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The chicken was very greasy for some reason! I know its Fried Chicken it’s going to be a little greasy. But this had a little extra grease on it. The coleslaw was very dry also I mean I’ve ate there before in the past and it seemed to be okay it just today was not as good for some reason but the people that were helping they were nice.

If i could give one star i would the employee who i dont knows name due to no name tags but she was rude and VERY loud complaining the whole time about everything then i ordered extra biscuits due to having a bigger family to feed i online ordered and told her my name so she was aware i was standing right in the lobby proceeds to loudly state “Damn 20 biscuits?!? Thats so many why do they need that damn many omg”. Like is it any of your business nope also is speaking very loudly heard every word and said well everyone is going to have to wait and when they do im gonna blame the customer that orders 20 biscuits. You work at a fast food restaurant your job is to service customers their food! Don’t like house much someone is ordering or getting then quit i will be taking my business to smother kfc definately not this one

I love this KFC, my order is always perfect, it’s close to work, the staff are friendly, there’s an eclectic music selection playing. If you have the choice, pick this one over the one on McGalliard.

Placed a drive thru order and waited approximately 10+ minutes for food . No problem that way it’s fresh……wrong . Barely warm and very greasy. They forgot to give me part of my order so I called and they were happy to help. I drove back over to get the rest of my order.and I pulled forward and he gave me a bag and apologized. The food I went back for sat the entire time it took me to get home and drive back(20-25 minutes or more). It was cold and I feel they should have replaced it with fresh. Lost my business until they can get their act together. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I go by here nearly every day (especially with the half off chicken sandwiches right now!) and my food has always been hot and fresh. The staff is absolutely great and it’s a pleasure going down there. It’s never a very long wait and it is really comforting being greeted by the kind souls that work there. Keep up the good work, y’all. Coming from someone with quite the fast food background I wish I had the pleasure of working with folks like this!
