Stopped to grab a bite to eat and we were really surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Pam interacted with the staff and customers better than most people I’ve seen in today’s world. Not sure how long she’s been there or her position there but she seems to be an asset. Food was warm and delicious, fresh, cooked perfect, and surprisingly looked like the menu. We will definitely return when in the area because the KFC in our town has went downhill over the years.

Charged me 20.00 for 4 wings and 4 legs.
The pieces were way smaller and 2 of the legs were broke!!
The worker did not offer any of the specials which if he had I would have ordered differently.
Very poor service.
Two weeks prior to this
service, my granddaughter was with me. The inside of the store was smokey.
The chicken we got was obviously cooked in burnt oil. The chicken breading was dark and had a burnt taste to it!! It was horrible!!
We should have not been served that chicken and the workers should have known better!
This is the worse KFC experiences I have had from the same store!!
I suggest not patronizing the Seymour, Indiana KFC!!

Guys.. how do you see this and think anyone would want to eat it? Absolutely crazy to me that this was served. Mac was hard, crusty and covered with something brown.

Place is just not good anymore. Food was thrown together and really messy. Food really wasn’t good at all. Chicken sandwich was mushy, Mac and cheese was about half full and had hard, crusty cheese on top. I love KFC but will not return to this location. Too much bad food has come from there for me. Pictured below: everywhere the cheese is darker, it is hard. It is like this most times I’ve tried it.
