Ordered through the app. Received notice the order was ready. Arrived to pick it up and the store was clueless about the order. We waited 30 minutes in drive thru for our food & not once did a person appear to explain why we were left sitting there. After 30 mins the server popped her head out the window, thrust the bag at us and walked off. We were the only people in line. The fries were burned deep brown and cold. No dipping sauce was given. No syrup for waffles. Really disappointed. We’ll go to Popeyes or Lee’s next time.
