Extremely poor service. I have stomach problems that mayo really upsets however for some reason the app does not allow you to remove it on certain items. When I asked at the drive through for help I was VERY rudely informed that the sandwiches were already made and they would not be helping me. After that not a single word was said to me at the window, just shoved my food at me and walked away. Do not come here if you have food allergies or expect basic human decency. Will not be back

I have never had a store employee (manager) talk to me like I was talked to today. She went so far to slam the drive through door in mu face because she was in a mood. I have seen this person yelling at the employees the same wy so I am done with them.

Come on guys you can do way better than this. I ordered some hot wings, used to really enjoy them. These were probably under the lamp for most of the day. I would’ve waited for a fresh batch, these were not edible, threw them out, burnt and meat was like leather.

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve eaten at staff was very unprofessional. Eat at your own risk in all I’ve had missing food, food that had obviously sat out all day and even a sandwich that looked to be smashed together. Never going back to eat here… good luck.

Ordered from this KFC on the app. It is a 6.2 mile drive and they timed it perfectly! As I walked through the door the young lady was putting the finishing touches on our order. The meal was exactly what we expected. 4 extra crispy ⭐’s.
